Location and Directions

Came into the ER with severe pain in my throat and ears. I was taken back immediately. Nurse Tonya was incredible and explained everything and she want bothered by my constant crying and sobbing in the beginning. Dr. Brady was excellent as well. They took a horrible ditusitua and did everything they could to make me feel better. No doubt if necessary is would gladly go back. (in the last week)

My wife, Julia Taylor was transported to the E.R Oct 2016 by EMS two days in a row. Each time she was sent home even though she could not walk Nurse Sharon Y treated my 70 year old wife like a drug addict. She has severe degenerative disc disease and was having spasms. Nurse Sharon Y and a large tech stuffed her in wheel chair and took her to the front. Nurse Sharon Y is he most rude unprofessional person I have ever met. The following morning my wife's doctor, who is in the Sacred Heart system told us to have EMS take her to West Florida. She was admitted to the hospital where she spent a week and then to skilled nursing for 30 days. The experience at West Florida was 180 degrees different than Sacred Heart ER. They were very caring at West Florida. (a month ago)

Usually impossible to park, the ER wait times are a joke, the doctors ignore patients. My mother had been here for six days and has seen a doctor twice. There are two amazing nurses who work here, the only redeeming quality of this hospital. *edit* I have to add a star since the ER does attempt to find your issue and help if possible. They diagnosed my son with bursitis while West Florida and Baptist failed. (a month ago)

I had an upper endoscopy on Tuesday morning (6/12) and the staff was AMAZING. Just...WOW. So kind, friendly, comforting, knowledgeable. Thank you SO much!! Please pass this along to them!!! (Brooke K) (a month ago)

Had outpatient surgery yesterday. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the ladies that checked me in, the nurses, the nurse anesthesiologist, and of course my wonderful doctor, Dr. Delaney! Everyone was so caring and polite. I wish I had everyone's names, but, they were all amazing! -Ashley Whitehead (a month ago)
