I was incredibly impressed with the nurses and doctors here. My wife was induced and our very dedicated nurse Marsha was just amazing. She accommodated everything we asked for and was able to quickly get the epidural doctor over to us when my wife hit her pain limit. The doctor doing the epidural was efficient and quick to arrive and administer the pain relief. After the baby was born the recovery was equally great. Although it was hard to sleep the nurses were on the ball and took care of every need immediately. The day we were released we got to see Marsha again and she was so excited for us and our new son. Overall excellent experience from this hospital. (a month ago)

My husband was in in November and received excellent care so when I needed emergency care we chose St David's hospital again. The service is great staff is wonderful. I was in 5 days so I had many nurses and they were all and terrific. Food was good I was on special diet and if I tried to order something not allowed they would tell me and kept me on track. Hopefully we will not have to go to hospital again but if we do it will St. David's wellness center Round Rock on 620 (a month ago)

In late April my 18 y/o son was sent to Round Rock Medical Center Emergency via ambulance after falling off his skateboard. Bystanders called EMS. He did have injuries to his face, hands, and wrist. Upon admission his admitting form indicated that his primary insurance was Medicaid. While in the emergency room he received multiple x-rays, CT scans, blood labs, and other various procedures. On that same day he was discharged home from the emergency, and the end result from his ER visit was stitches for facial lacerations and instructions to monitor for post-concussive symptoms. So why did he incur $25,000 billed charges from the emergency room, and $17,000 billed charges for blood labs? My insurance plan that covers my son is very limited and does not even come close to covering these excessive charges. I've contacted their billing department in San Antonio, and as of yet St. Davids has not sent me an itemized bill or offered me any explanations for these excessive charges. Obviously me and my son are unable to pay for this, and I'm worried of going bankrupt from this accidental fall. The hospital has been unresponsive and unable to offer me any assistance in dealing with this outrageous bill! (3 weeks ago)

Got discharged with a diagnosis of allergies because ER doctor didn’t do a neurological exam. Went back later that night and ended up hospitalized for encephalopathy. Dr. Boske is great though (a week ago)

Dont reccomend this hospital to nobody! My 71 yr old Dad came in by ambulance unconscious is what I was told and they let him wake up ran blood work and then let him walk out the door! No phone call to family that he was even there. First do no harm ya not by this hospital. Sad he was hit and killed that day. (a month ago)
