Location and Directions

I don't like the staff or the paramedics and I will never go here again. I wasn't here that long and was charged way too much. I came on Christmas and know it was during the holidays, but the paramedics that brought me were extremely rude and making fun of me and they judged me and the situation. I was in real danger and they knew it, but at the same time it didn't seem like they took it seriously. These people that work at this hospital aren't professionals. It felt like everything I said was taken out of context. They started saying things that I didn't say. I have been to other hospitals and never felt this way. It was like it was a big joke to them or something and they treated me like I was a druggie and I wasn't. There was no sense of compassion whatsoever. (2 months ago)

We had our baby born here and the entire experience has been fantastic. They did just a great job from day one to discharge. The nurses are extremely attentive and caring. Carol the lactation consultant was the best! Thank you so much!!! (2 months ago)

The ER staff was amazing. They helped me so much. They were busy, of course, but they checked on me often. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally. This morning they called me to make sure that I was doing okay and if I had any questions. They are wonderful there. (a month ago)

The staff/providers/doctors/surgeons with whom I have interacted were so friendly and good at what they do. They provided me with very pleasant experiences - as much as possible anyway. :) BUT... The check-in area handles *all* check-ins for the hospital's appointments, from simple visits to complex surgery, so it's usually a long and grueling process. You must wait in line at the desk to sign in and answer some questions. Then, you must wait to get called in to register. The wait for registration can be five minutes to over an hour, and once in registration, the process can take five minutes to a half-hour. THEN, you must walk to your appointment location, near or far, and check in there ten to fifteen minutes (or up to two hours for surgery) before your scheduled time and wait some more. The poorly designed and poorly executed check-in process is unpredictable, redundant, time-consuming, and wasteful over all. In this respect, I highly prefer other Denver medical centers/hospitals over Rose. (a week ago)

This place sucks! I was on the phone for an hour being transferred from department to department and no one could answer my question. One point during all of this one of the ladies transferred me to a IT tech! I finally gave up and called a different facility and went to them. These people are no where near professional or caring.
