I was out of town for a family emergency and they wouldn't refill my thyroid prescription. Instead they denied it. I've been going here for ten years with my family and we will no longer go here. The receptionist was rude and the doctors never stay. You have to see a new doctor every year.i don't have my thyroid and could die without my medication. I asked if I could come in this week and I was told they had no appointments. I've never dealt with such rude people. (a month ago)

My sister was taken to this hospital's ER in an unresponsive state. I live out of state. Upon calling the ER for information, I was told that "I cannot speak to the doctor taking care of my sister, nor were "any of the nurses available to speak to me" as they were "all with patients"!!!!! I am appalled with the lack of concern for the family of their patients! I have been a practicing RN for over 41 years and have NEVER encountered such incredible insensitivity and lack of compassion! I asked for the nurse to return my call as soon as possible. I never received a call. This is inexcusable... (2 months ago)

Do not ever work here my wife worked here 12 yrs no complaints until Debbie Clark who abused my wife emotionally physically. The CEO and human resource lady did not like what I had say they threaten call the police because we spoke the truth about Debbie Clark. Just found out they finally fired her due to others complaining but my wife had to deal with this abuse for years and years she complained and they ignored her cries for help. Now Debbie Clark was finally fired because of the abuse. My wife needs be compensated or we will go to the states attorney office this is wrong and we have 5 witnesses to this matter. (2 weeks ago)

Dr. Nitsche was a real jerk during my last emergency visit. Not sure if he was having a personal, bad day or what his deal was. He needs a crash course it etiquette and how to properly handle patients with PTSD. How rude! (a month ago)

Went to ER for diabetic symptoms; numbness, dizzyness, cold sweats, etc. The doctor(male, white and bald and the time was around noon) looked me dead in they eye after cutting me off while telling him what i thought was wrong with me...told me it was anxiety and sent me home. Im still having symptoms and all they did was do a urine sample. Terrible service. Complete lack of caring. (a month ago)
