I've delivered two of my babies here and had great experiences both times! The nurses were great!! Super sweet and willing to do anything for me. My husband loved it there because they gave him a code to a snack room and he had access to food whenever he wanted. Dr. Epstein delivered my baby just recently and he was awesome! Very professional, experienced, calm, and caring. I don't remember the anesthesiologist's name, but he was great too! He really put me and ease because I was nervous about getting my epidural put in. The hospital is also really nice and clean and new! Great experience! (3 months ago)

I cut my hand and lost feel in a finger. So they did xrays to see if I had any metal still under the skin, gave me a tetanus shot and sent me on my way. They didn't bother cleaning or even covering my wound. Just sent me on my way. Sure didn't feel like a person to them. The only ounce of warmth I felt was from the greeter and the receptionist. I’ve been at this hospital twice (both for urgent broken bones) and I’m going to simply state that everything runs smooth at this hospital. It has a very comfortable atmosphere, when we checked in, the ladies at the counter were positive and happy to help yet wasted no time in getting my info so that I could see the doctor (who is also amazing and straight to the point). Blessed to live so close to such a great hospital! (a week ago)

Having our baby here was the best decision. This hospital is fantastic!! We had to deliver early due to complications and EVERY single nurse and Doctor was absolutely amazing!! They calmed all my nerves, answered every question, never got annoyed at how much I needed them, and were all around so incredibly helpful and good at their job. Then there was one time we needed our garbage taken out and the janitors were at lunch, I was more than fine waiting, but instead the Hospital administrator themself came and emptied our trash. That showed me just how much they cared about their patients and helping however they can. The food is great, the staff is great, I couldn't be happier. We moved to Salt Lake City and I will still probably travel back to Riverton for our next baby. (a month ago)

I had the most amazing experience while giving birth here. It was my first child and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff kept me included and updated and they were all extremely friendly. I felt like everyone who worked with me and my baby genuinely cared about our wellbeing, it wasn't just a job for them. I worked with Dr. Scott Epstein and he was wonderful. He never made me feel stressed and was extremely informative. He was very positive and I never had to worry about the "what if's". I'll be going to this hospital and having doctor Epstein deliver all of my future children! (2 months ago)
