So far the best hospital I know. Very clean hospital. Staff are the best. My sister had a very bad infection and she was 28 weeks pregnant, I took her to this hospital because it was the closest one from my house, God sent me here because the moment we entered that building, the social worker was very nice and guide us were we had to go, we thought we were suppose to go to emergency room but the social worker told us to go to postpartum and delivery to get her checked since she was having abdominal pain, we did not know there were contractions, it was to early to think about that since she still had 12 more weeks to go with her pregnancy. Long story short, all the staff was so nice they threaded my sister so good. She gave birth the next day. The Dr's ans nurses are excelent. Can't complaint of anyone there. Baby is in the NICU all the nurses are awesome. I totally recommend this hospital to anyone. (2 weeks ago)

Better here than another Country. Some of you complain about the eating or what not, I bet some of you need to starved a bit more to loose that weight. Also, the staff is just as stress as y'all. Some patients take longer than others, I bet every person that has given this place 5 Stars were not rude to the nurses or doctors. I do have to agree that the lines are long but it can be easily fix, stop having children and there would be less people. I gave them 3 stars because they do need to clean a bit more and the line for the medication takes forever, I think the DMV line is quicker then this place. (a month ago)

I delivered at RUHS and All I can say is that nurses and Doctors are the best. I really recommend any mom to deliver at this hospital.I was also in ICU and all the nurses were extremely nice. (2 weeks ago)

My daughter was transferred from our local hospital to RUHSMC for a higher level of care. When I first heard where she was being transferred to, I was extremely upset and asked why do I pay to have private insurance if I have to go there. I had had a bad experience over 20 years ago. Once we got to the hospital, she was sent to the ICU where we were received and greeted by such an amazing and caring team. The doctor took the time to explain to us what was going on in her body. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The rooms were spacious and clean. We nurses constantly coming in to check on her. Ask if I needed anything. They would come and educate my daughter and I on how we will need to care for her once we get discharged. This was extremely stressful and a lot of information to take in. The staff there reassured us that we would not be discharged until my daughter and I were comfortable with injecting and monitoring her sugars. Once transferred from the ICU to a regular room, the wonderful care did not stop. The nurses on the other side of the floor where just as attentive and caring for my daughter. I have a new view of this hospital and would return in the future if we needed to. I would 100% recommend this hospital to my friends and family. Over all I am beyond grateful for the wonderful staff that cared for my daughter. (6 months ago)
