I sprained my ankle snowboarding. I had a young(obviously inexperienced) physician that I later found performed a poor diagnosis. Nothing serious missed, but definitely wasn't worth the amount charged(2 week check=2 min foot poke). FYI, do not let them put a splint on you. Do it yourself if possible. I was charged $310 for putting on a boot. (3 months ago)

Saturday afternoon and I wanted to see if my super fussy baby had an ear infection. So I stopped in. They were thorough and quick and it turns out she simply has a URI and is getting her first molars. My experience was equally positive a few months ago when my older daughter needed treatment for a migraine. Very professional, friendly staff. * Edited to add, her ear drum ruptured 2 days later. So the ER doc wasn't especially adept at knowing the signs of ear trouble. In hind sight I'm a little disappointed. (3 months ago)

I came in and got a CAT scan, blood work, and a EKG for an injury and the staff was fantastic. The Radiologist was extra careful and very detailed in her work. Thanks so much! (11 months ago)

First I'll start by saying I'm autistic, though on the aspergers side, which basically means I'm smarter (higher IQ) than 93-97% of the population of the united states, but I'm severely limited in many other aspects of life, communication being #1. My doctor's, therapists and psychiatrists have always told me if I need medical help to seek a hospital and the people there will help me, that's not the case at this hospital. I wandered aimlessly through a blizzard for hours until someone finally found me and dropped me off there, I asked them for help, gave them my identification and laid down on the bed provided, thankful and relieved to have been rescued and getting help. Then some lady came in yelling and talking really fast and I couldn't understand her and she just kept confusing me and then I was told they were full and had no room for me and the lady asked me to leave, as I was getting dressed some other lady started asking how I was and what was wrong and confusing me more because they'd already told me I wasn't welcome so I was just trying to leave, then they started accusing me of being a drug addict or some sort of homeless junkie and I just never expected that from a place that's designed to help people. I only go to Drs when I have no other options and I need medical help, this hospital sent me back out into the blizzard to once again wander aimlessly. The valley has very few options for medical help and now I personally have one less, but at least I now know I'm not welcome there and maybe by sharing this I can help someone else find somewhere they are welcome.
