Always well taken care of with needs concerns and issues addressed and taken care of. Wonderful staff. I love the ER and radiology department staff on the weekends, they are so kind and caring. We are always pleased with the care we receive. (a month ago)

Went here as tourists to urgent care on a Sunday and were treated very kindly. Staff is very calm and friendly and gives good explanations. Very clean, easy to find and organized. (in the last week)

If you refuse the tests, you won’t get your medications. That’s one way to support a hospital. I wonder if it’s legal. (a month ago)

Ridgecrest Regional Hospital is the most unprofessional, abysmal hospital I've ever had the misfortune of walking into. They released my mother while she was seizing and unable to talk and function. The nurse was kind, but the doctor was not. Her vitals were horrible and they dismissed it as "wow they look great!" despite the alarms being set off. We've said multiple times she cannot absorb meds and needs them injected. Not even a muscle relaxant injection was offered. Instead, when they asked what she had last time and she replied 12 mg of morphine, they argued. "We don't give 12 mg of morphine." "But that's what I got." "No you didn't." Like she was a liar and hasn't been in and out of hospitals all her life. She shouldn't have to debate with staff or be talked down to like a junkie just because she is young with a severe chronic illness. They later found out that in fact, she did have the 12 mg. But the unprofessional behavior doesn't stop there. A senior woman was coming in for a bad yeast infection and was disabled and unable to care for it herself and it spread and staff were heard making fun of her before her arrival and saying they bet they knew what she was going to look like, old and overweight. She nearly died on the way home and if she had, rest assured I would've spent the rest of my life seeking compensation and ensuring the public are informed about the conditions of your healthcare and staff. As it is, I'm going to be doing the latter, and I sincerely hope I will never have to do the former. As it is, you are lucky I do not seek legal assistance. (4 months ago)

For being a breastfeeding friendly hospital, I was not allowed to plug my breast pump while we sat in the room for 4 hours for my mom to be seen, nor was I offered a different area where I could. I'm exclusively nursing n had to deprive my baby from getting his milk because im the only one who could stay to help translate for my mother, worst feeling ever. (a month ago)
