I recently delivered my son here and had the most wonderful experience. The nurses were all so amazing that I felt sad to say goodbye! My midwife, Katie Lorand, could not have been more supportive and respectful through my delivery- she allowed me to do things exactly the way I felt most comfortable, she was in no rush, and because of her I have the happiest memories of my sons birth. The nurse I was lucky enough to get for two days, Jennifer Strong, was truly an amazing person. She was so comforting and kind, she felt like family almost instantly. She was so busy and yet never lacked in her care, compassion or thoughtfulness. This hospital may not be the fanciest in appearance, but it is perfect in the ways that matter most. Especially if you’re looking for a more natural birth experience but want/have to go through a hospital. (a week ago)

The ICU team was incredible. My nurse upon admittance was wonderful as well as Sheldon ND McKenzie! Sheldon's personality was infectious and kept my spirits up, but McKenzie was instrumental in helping me start to recover. I was very impressed with them. Thanks for saving my life! 🙏 (a month ago)

My overall visit was pleasant. My only concern was that, my procedure was scheduled for 8 -9am, I was not seen until 10:45-11am. I was not informed that there was a delay. I had to inquire. The staff were very nice and understanding. Just me having the first time jitters (a week ago)

The ER was very fast and efficient when I arrived in the ambulance they did not hesitate in taking me in and finding out what was going on. They were very informative and kept me informed of what was happening and what they were going to do next. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and if I ever have to go back to an ER I’m more than willing to go back to Research Medical Center. (a month ago)

My grandbaby was born here, turned into an emergency C-section. Once the baby was born and they were done with my daughter my son-in-law came to the waiting room to get me. Going back through the door we were told only one visitor at a time. I was by myself! Since when does the father count as a visitor? I understand there is rules but it was the middle of the night. We were the only people there that I saw. I think this hospital needs to learn about family. A parent should not be considered a visitor in labor and delivery. I'm saying the mother and father of a newborn aren't visitors. How stupid would it have been if my daughter was able to come get me then be told only one visitor? The same should go for the Dad! Maybe just my opinion. (a month ago)
