We took our baby boy there after a fall where he split open his lip (it was very bloody and serious). Maybe because he was a 20m old, not sure, yet we were seen VERY quickly ( (4 months ago)

My father-in-law has been in and out of this hospital for the past 2 months after tripple by-pass surgery. Each time the care he receives is more and more horrible. He has waited in the ER overnight in the hallway without anything done for over 24 hours, he has gone in for procedures that are supposed to be performed day of and aren't done until days later. He has been told he will be taken for x-ray or scans in a couple hours only to have the happen much later or the next day. If the procedure requires him not to eat he has gone most of the day without any food. His leg wound is now infected with MSRA which you get from improper care in a hospital. This is the worst hospital experience I have had and my husband has had multiple surgeries at other facilities here in San Jose. The lack of patient care and wait time for patients is despicable. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone and will make sure I am taken somewhere else if I am ever in need of emergency or other care. I am not blaming the hospital staff that have overall been friendly and tried to help as much as they could it is the management of this facility that is incredibly poor. The one star is only for the hospital staff. (2 months ago)

I cannot say enough about the wonderful ER staff... I am from Texas and had issues with my back. Boyfriend rushed me to ER and from check in to check out less than 2 hrs later we never had to wait more than 5 mins. Koodoos to this hospital.... I am now feeling well enough to make the trip home and that is entirely because of the amazing treatment I received. (a month ago)

Quality hospital. Brought my girlfriend here after a concussion and they sought to her within 5 minutes of arrival. They didn’t do much for her because there isn’t much to be done in our situation. But gave me some piece of mind (a month ago)

over an for nurse to show after being paged, rude, and negative energy. worst hospital I have ever been to. Definite second world quality of patient care.FYI I have top of the line insurance I will NEVER be back. El Camino was beautiful I'll pay the ambulance for the extra distance in the future (about $2000 out of pocket and worth it) (a month ago)
