I've been to the Emergency Room three times in 13 years living here. Once with my son with a broken wrist, once with a friend requiring 21 stitches across his forehead and once for myself. Each time we were taken in immediately and processed through x-rays, cat scans, traction etc. (as needed) as quickly as possible by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Redwood Memorial : ) (2 weeks ago)

Absolutely the worst visit I have ever had. Wait 3 to 4 hours for a Doctor to diagnose me off his cell phone.... then the relentless billing afterwards... 2100$ for the room, and almost 2900$ for the web md doctor. What a joke (in the last week)

I can't speak for everyone else's experience here but they truly helped me it this is my 3rd time having to come here in an emergency due to stomach problems... and they were readily available and very kind. Dr Dricken is truly amazing kind and helpful she does truly care about patients she works under Dr Katherine Kennedy and does an amazing job. As do the lovely nurses Thank you redwood memorial for helping me and my family out each time we need you. Much love ❤️ (6 months ago)

Patients wait up to 5-6 hours I’m waiting room. They’ll just sit you in a wheelchair in the waiting room if you pass out. My advice if there’s something really wrong save your life by going to a different hospital. (4 months ago)

The staff and whole atmosphere of the er night shift is terrible and is any time I go there. No bedside manners or consideration for their patients. I would never recommend this place, 20 more mins to eureka is so worth it. Thumbs so far down! Nancy is the only good nurse (7 months ago)
