I had the occasion to be at the day surgery unit today with family.I am a nurse, and was so amazed at the wonderful and caring employees i met. They were so professional and caring.Every last person we met was outstanding. From the pre-check, to the nurses, right down to the person who helped you in the car.Very classy operation. Your wonderful staff truly makes this hospital great. Thanks again to the wonderful staff. This is by far the worst hospital. I usually never post bad reviews but something has to be done about this hospital. The board has to come in and really evaluate this place. You are putting your life at risk coming to this hospital. And that is supposed to be the complete opposite when going to a hospital. (a month ago)

The ER department was horrible! I was there for kidney stone attack and the nurse I had concentrated on flirting with other staff instead of concentrating on the patients. Triage was fast but it does not make up for how the ER staff performed. I would never go back there. I will go to JFK in Edison before going back there! (2 months ago)

Horrible Billing Department, they won't work with you. They used Patientco for their billing, who never sent me my bills. They blamed it on the post office. When I called the post office they said their's nothing wrong on their end. No my bill is in collections and my credit is about to ruined. All because of them. They refuse to take it out of collections. Horrible people. Not my fault but I get punished. Rartian Bay was aware the bills were not going to my house yet, did not call me when they have my work, and personal phone numbers. Will be going to the State to see what I can do (a month ago)

I was born in Raritan Bay Medical Hospital and have been seen continuously since then, having many health issues to deal with. And in the past 34 years my experiences have not been pleasant ones. Yet, I can say in all honesty that this Easter weekend has been a first of sorts for me. I was admitted in the green floor due to a painful abcess which was growing both in size as well as pain. I usually never rate my experiences, but I had to take the time out to acknowledge my nurses who went above and beyond their duties to accommodate me: Julie, Lya and Sally. If only more staff members could follow their examples, I'm certain that not only would everyones outlook Outlook and reviews be a positive one, but also their experience. (a month ago)
