Worst hospital every. $588 for a visit to tell me I have to see a specialist. Never go there unless your dieing and if you can make it to Richmond, do it! (4 weeks ago)

Took my husband here and the doctor was rude and very unprofessional. Took my sister here and had a great experience. Doctor was thorough, friendly, and competent. So it all depends on who is working that night. Maybe hospital needs to check out their personnel to find the best doctors in order to provide best service. (7 months ago)

Had appointment for testing. Arrived early and was told the technician called in sick. Drove over an hour for nothing. Waste of gas, money, and time. It was my first and last time coming here. I'm so disappointed. (5 months ago)

I worked there for 3 years and I must say I was very disappointed. The ER staff was rude to other employees and patients. The hospital itself is old and the equipment is not all up to date. The cafeteria food and staff are wonderful. But even after Bon Secours stepped in they still have not fulfilled many of their promises. Staff, equipment and building are still not as good as RTH or MCV by FAR (5 months ago)

This hospital likes to charge exhorbitant amounts for unnecessary procedures. I had to take an unexpected trip her for an allergic reaction during a work trip. The reaction was focused in my eye and the doctor did nothing more than shine a light in it and perscribe a medicine that I paid for and filled out at another location. I got hit with almost $500 worth of charges AFTER they billed my insurance. The charge was for reading my oxygen levels? I am not even sure it happened. I tried reasoning with the hospital but they refused to revise their charges. (6 months ago)
