Had wonderful and comfortable experience from beginning to end of my procedure. Everyone that I encountered throughout my time in the Cath Lab were so very good to me and my family. Thank you! (2 weeks ago)

Our overall experience was positive. It’s a huge ER so I knew what to expect. The nurses were nice enough and the doctor was good. I believe his name was Adams. Kemper the nurse, they all did their job and were friendly. Sharon the tech was awesome. She really tries to make the patient comfortable and she is very attentive. Please recognize her with our dearest heartfelt thanks. BUT.... I took one star because of the INTERCOM! Oh my God that was ridiculous. It’s was so LOUD! Every few minutes it was like blaring in your ear. My mom would jump every time it went off. There is no dozing for the patient there. It gave my mom a headache. Whoever talks over it should be an auctioneer because my God she is loud and fast. It was awful. Just when I would get her relaxed this stadium loud announcement would blare out, “Trama 2, room 2 5 minutes”, “Housekeeping room 2 NOW!” Just go stand in room 42 for 5 minutes, I think you’d be surprised. As silly as it sounds, that one thing alone would make me go elsewhere. Patients are tired, hurting, anxious-and having that speaker abruptly scream out is awful. The room could of been cleaner, trash on the floor. That didn’t bother us because I saw the volume of people coming in and out. I knew they were busy. Overall, we had a good positive experience. Upbeat doc and nice nurses, EXCELLENT tech. The wait was terribly long but everyone was stretched thin trying to do their best, so I get it, that’s just part of it. Please just check that intercom volume. It was just awful. (4 weeks ago)

Dr. James Wallace is a very thorough, compassionate , and knowledgeable physician. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. His staff is very polite and professional. (2 weeks ago)

I was very disappointed in the ER staff and service my sister recieved tonight. She was brought in by ambulance due to being hit by a Pineville police unit nearly head on. Due to the wreck her car flipped into a ditch and she had to be cut out the car. She was left on a stretcher in the ambulance area for over an area after being brought in by ambulance. Meanwhile the police officer immediately was placed in a room for a nose bleed. My sister was laying on the stretcher with a neck brace, shirt and pants ripped waiting while the ambulance drivers were coming in and out. She probably would still be waiting if we had not taken her to another hospital. Also Tammy at the desk in ER was unpleasant and rude. She displayed no sort of empathy at all, and called security when we begin to ask questions about the well being of a family member. I am very disappointed in the service and treatment at this hospital. (a week ago)

Awful nurses there my sister went to get her tubes tied an the nurses there treated her bad not to mention how much pain she was in there is no excuse for a nurse to treat a patient rudely if you can not be passionate about what your patient is going through then you need to fine another job! More an more nurses these day think if they get a degree they can be a kind honest person but they turn out to be asses please if a nurse is not treating you right then do something because they are lucky i could not go back there are it would have not been nice we pay lots of money for those so called nurses show some damn respect.
