My first surgery at this hospital. Everything went so smoothly. Love the phone pre-registration a week before the surgery and one day before the surgery. Save so much time on the day of the surgery. After checking in at the admitting office (right next to the Information desk) in the lobby, went to the waiting room on 2nd floor waiting for room available at the prep-room. In the prep-room, changing to the surgery gown and put away all the personal belongings. After surgery, staying in the recovery room till fully awake then transfer to short stay waiting room for more observation. All the staffs I have encountered are all so patience and friendly. Definitely ease my anxiety of having this surgery. (a month ago)

Went here earlier last month feeling fatigued and light headed. I got in around 6 or 7 in the evening, got out by around 11 PM and was diagnosed with high blood sugar after a urine sample and some blood work. The nurses and doctor were great, facility was clean, lab work didn’t get lost or tainted lol. Yes it was a little busy and I wasn’t in and out within an hour, but it’s a hospital, not a doctor’s office, and other people were more sick than me. Overall, a good experience. Sorry for the ones who haven’t had such a good one here. I’ve been in crappy hospitals before so I understand that frustration. (a month ago)

Me and my husband came in to the ER we sa5 4 a few min. And we’re called. Dr fletcher was awesome and Sara was the biggest help of all even though the ERvwas extremely busy. She went way beyond he normal dmmmjuties to meme us comfortable. Shan has a great sense o f humor. Makes time go by. Kudos to the whole ER staff YOU ROcK (a week ago)

I was visiting my aunt from out of state, when she fell and broke her hip. She was taken by ambulance and seen immediately. Her pain level was seen to, and she was assisted at her bedside in the ER by radiology, etc. She didn't have to be moved from department to department. On the one side, it's wonderful for the patient to not have to be moved all over the hospital for difference medical services. On the down side, it makes the wait in the ER waiting room longer for those being seen. So, it's a 50/50. I have to give this a 5 because they were so caring and attentive to my elderly aunt. I called to try and reach someone (a family member) at that hospital. I had their name, phones number, DOB, and even their SSN, and I kept getting transferred back and forth between the nursing office, and the phone operator at least 7 times! To make it worse, the last time they just hung up on me! Horrible desk staff they have there! I'm trying to find out if my brother is o.k. and they can't figure out how to transfer a goddam call!
