My mother was dying from cancer and it was a difficult time for myself and my family. The staff here was so caring and attentive. I was amazed by the level of care that she received. When it was time to transition her to hospice, the hospital provided counselors and handled all of the paperwork and arrangements. I couldn't have asked for a better experience considering what we were going through. Thank you for your compassion and all of your help. (2 weeks ago)

This place has been nice to my friend after something happened and took good care of him. When I had my surgery there in 2017, they took good care of me. They made one little mistake, but I still forgive them and if I needed care I will go back here or their sister hospital (a week ago)

Worst hospital ever! My girlfriend woke up at 4:00 in the morning yelling in pain cause her shoulder hurt. She got to the hospital at 4:10 in the morning, and the staff are the worst. They were all extremely rude to us and very impatient. We have been here for 4 hours at this point and haven’t even been seen outside of an X-ray, the result of which we have yet to hear about. We are still in the hospital waiting for the results, been over 4 hours now. The head nurse of the night shift asked my girlfriend if she had suicidal thoughts.. cause her SHOULDER hurt. I would never come to this hospital ever, even if I only had 2 minutes to live I wouldn’t come to his hospital, because I would have bled out and died before the staff even bothered to notice I exist. The entire night staff sucks, and nobody would cry if the whole staff was fired and replaced. (2 months ago)

After having my daughter (at Holy Family-excellent maternity floor!), I continually became weaker until I finally called the nurse hotline and they directed me to go to the ER. I arrived and was immediately taken to triage, where they ascertained that I was extremely septic and rushed me back to a room. The doctor was there immediately, did a thorough exam focusing on possible infection routes. When I normally would have breastfed, they even brought me a pump so my infant wouldn't need to be exposed to the germs of the hospital. I loved every nurse I met. They are all extremely good at their jobs and do their best to get the unstable patients back as soon as possible. Having worked in the healthcare field, I know how emergency rooms, work, and this one is top notch. (a week ago)

Do not go here unless you're willing to go bankrupt over a broken arm. I went with back pain, which ended up being incredibly simple to fix, and left with about 2000 dollars in bills. Don't come here unless you'll literally die if you don't get to the nearest hospital. (2 weeks ago)
