This is the best emergency room in the area. I’ve been to this emergency room three times, and all three times have been great experiences under the circumstances. If there’s a lot going on, sure you might wait longer than you’d like to, but that’s not in their control. The front staff is caring and efficient. The nurses and technicians are understanding and listen to what you have to say. The doctors care about helping you. I’ve had all different staff each time I’ve been and still had the same experience, and to me that says a lot about this facility. I see the negative reviews, but I have never had a bad experience. I strongly recommend this emergency room. (3 months ago)

I was extremely impressed with the maternity ward of this hospital! I have birth to my son in 2016 and absolutely loved the one on one attention I received from the nurses, especially Kathleen. I feel like this hospital is a hidden gem- it's newer and smaller than other hospitals in the area, so I felt like I was the only one there getting all the attention (actually when we first arrived, I was the only one there!) Every nurse was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They have amazing lactation consultants, but when they weren't available, the nurses all knew exactly what to do to help a new mom figure it all out. Our room was huge and very comfortably fit our whole family when they came to visit. Free meals and good food. I just have nothing but great things to say about this place! (2 months ago)

I was here for 3 days, then out for one, then in for another three. The second round included surgery. Everyone was extremely nice! They are obviously packed but the nurses and doctors are doing the best they can! Their food is wonderful and everything is clean! If you have to go to the hospital, I'd go to this one! Tonight we went to the Children’s ER at Progress West for our 1 year old son. The ER Pediatrician we saw was Dr. Raja. He was extremely nurturing and calming to our son who originally had a 104 temperature. By the time we left, he had dropped to a 99 degree temperature and was much more relaxed. Raja and the nurse staff were very thorough. (4 weeks ago)

DO NOT LISTEN TO HALF THESE DRAMATIC REVIEWS. I can tell you half of them or more just didn't get the drugs they wanted or they had minor ailments and cried like children when they didn't bet their way... This hospital is pretty great. At least the ER is. We don't live here and are in town on a trip. I don't have insurance. We'll start there. Even knowing that, the staff treated me like gold. So kind and caring even before they find out this was happening during my trip. They did the tests they needed and found the issue. Embarrassingly it could've been taken care of with over the counter stuff, but they actually cares and offered the treatment right there if I wanted it. I left feeling not just all better but feeling respected and not embarrassed. The only reason I give four stars not five is when we moved the chair in the room, a crushed pretzel was under it showing me housekeeping may need improvement. (4 months ago)
