There was ":NO" communication between the doctors in the hospital. My Dad was sedated until the day before he left the hospital. We found out that he only should have been sedated for two days. The nutritionist told the doctor that my Dad was not eating. The doctor came in to inquire about him not eating and I told him that the did not like the menu that he had been served but had eaten all of his breakfast. I had to tell four different doctors the same thing about my Dad. There is "NO"communication between doctors with in the same hospital. No notes were been read from the week end doctors on call. My Dad was discharged from one flour to another. I could not see him until the next day. Once I found out where he was I had to come back the next day due to the hospital visitation policy. When I when to see my Dad the next day, I told the doctor on the 6th floor that I was not satisfied. After I said that, his attitude turned hostile towards me. He was discharged the next day partially sedated and not able to walk. We received "NO" discharge instructions. I applaud the RN,s, C&A"s. They were very attentive to my Dad. They showed genuine care and concern. (in the last week)

Shout out to the surgeons,Nurse, all of third floor and recovery. We were treated with so much respect and kindness. It certainly takes a lot of people and working together to keep it running smooth. The food workers and cleaners...everyone. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING...😘 GOD BLESS YOU (in the last week)

While pregnant with my first child I experienced the nightmare of being involved in a terrible car accident on my way to work. But the biggest part of my nightmare wasn’t being pulled up a embankment by a rope but by the lack of service I received when I arrived at this hospital. My vitals were written down on the back of a band-aide by a nurse that could care less about my condition. I never recived a gown, sheets on my bed, a cup of water, or anything. Nobody even asked how my pain was. I asked to see a doctor for almost an hour while crying covered in cuts and glass. I asked them to check on my baby but I was told I looked okay and that there was someone in critical condition in the ER having a heart attack. My mom finally arrived and also asked for a doctor since I hadn’t been seen and a hour had went by. I got up from my bed and decided to limp into the lobby myself after she went out a second time. Maybe then I could receive some help if they saw the blood. Instead security was called when I couldn’t stop crying after I was told to wait a little longer. When I asked security and the nurse blocking me from leaving if I could leave I was told I had to sign paperwork first. Funny how I arrived in a ambulance and almost left in handcuffs. I didn’t touch anyone. I didn’t assault anyone. I asked for help IN A HOSPITAL! I don’t know a mother who wouldn’t cry out of fear. After an hour and a half I gave up and caught a ride to UAB Highlands. Even today almost a month later I am haunted by my experience at this hospital and by the death of my child. As medical providers you must do better! To treat anyone with the amount of disrespect and neglect that I received is not ethical or human and something should be done. Just calling me to tell me hey sorry for your loss we aren’t billing you wasn’t really good enough. I believe our lives are worth more than that. (3 months ago)

Princeton Hospital has been in my life since the 80's. They have the best cardiology team! The Drs performed an amazing aortic heart valve transplant on my son. Everything was explained clearly and Drs answered any questions we needed to know. Thank God and thank you Princeton Hospital. (2 months ago)
