I delivered my daughter at Mercy. The care was excellent from beginning to end. The nurses were kind, thorough, and professional. The delivery was smooth. I was offered a 30 minute foot massage the day after. They even knitted a cap for my little girl. I think the best part was that it wasn't extremely busy like some other hospitals, so the nurses provided focused care that would be impossible at other facilities. (2 months ago)

The behavioral health services are great. But I do say they should have a cares worker in the building. It would make the admitting process more easier. My daughter had been there and the staff are amazing. She is now in the parcial program and is doing great. Highly recommend. (3 months ago)

I was very sick, I was diagnosed with diabetes (type one) a couple years before, are I went and was diagnosed with ketoacidosis. They wouldn't let me eat or drink anything, and I was so thirsty. My mom finally put her foot down and said that I was going to Edwards. My Grandpa constantly had to come back, and the nurses dismissed my questions because I was only 11. My Grandma was admitted recently because she had heart palpitations. The released her two hours later saying she was fine. My grandma asked what should she do if it happens again, and they said to come back and hopefully they will catch it on the machine. I kept asking questions because she is my last grandparent alive. They were rude and kept dismissing me. I would not recommend. (4 months ago)

Mercy Dr's. And staff have pulled me from the ditch more than once I truly owe my life to them. All the 5th floor angels who waited on me hand and foot to ER staff who are right on top of things to the ICU who keep me alive and all my Dr's who put me back together. When people are sick sometimes they think they are not getting the right service at Mercy all are the same people can't even fathom what goes into the workings of a hospital everyday (2 months ago)

I gotta say for the adult psych unit here at mercy is by far my favorite places to go when I'm struggling real bad. I've been to other psych hospitals but I've always come to this one when I can get there. I live out of town about 30mins from here and I've made the trip to mercy just so I can get the right help I need. One time I was living in Chicago and drove an hour in a half here to just get the right professional help I needed. Thank you for the professional staff and the help you guys give me when I'm struggling real bad. (2 months ago)
