I went in to the ER downtown with a shoulder injury and they took great care of me! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, they seemed like they genuinely cared and didn't rush me when I was explaining my symptoms. They even got me back quickly and went above and beyond with helping me to recover. Keep up the fabulous work!!! (a month ago)

! ! ! Warning ! ! ! All military and law enforcement. make sure you look at the pictures below they are trying to purposely block negative reviews. To avoid bad PR. Ok they removed the pictures. I used to like this ER but after they treated my boyfriend the way they did last night I will never walk into this ER again. The Dr on duty last night had the gull to tell my boyfriend that he was a drug seeker. He is not. In fact he told our pcp that he wanted to go to a less stronger pain medication. This man has been violently vomiting every time he even drinks water and he has been vomiting blood as well. This so called Dr told him "stop drinking water". That so called Dr released my boyfriend last night and he is still in a lot of pain. I will say one thing, if this man dies because of this Dr not wanting to do his job, I will own Presbyterian hospital. To add to the stupidity of the ER there was a woman passed out in the doorway so a couple of people went to the nurses desk to tell them. The nurse said "yeah we know we will get to her soon" and they left her there. The above review is ONLY FOR THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!!! The rest of the hospital is 5 star. I have had 5 surgeries there and the care phenomenal. (3 weeks ago)

I took my daughter to Pres Main on a very busy Friday evening. She probably could have been seen at an Urgent Care facility, but you need an appointment at Pres Urgent Care and we sure did not plan for my daughter to get hurt. The wait was long, however the staff and nurses were great. They helped comfort my daughter who was very nervous and in pain. The doctor was kind and very thorough. My daughter had a full recovery and was excited to share her emergency room story to her classmates. I strongly believe the changes made by administrators have created major problems in the ER. Just observing I would guess more than half of the patients being seen in the ER could have been treated at urgent care. This is pulling resources away from patients who are truly in an emergency situation. Thank you doctors and staff for handling this crazy change handed down to you by administrators who obviously do not have a clue, and only see $$ signs. Pres please reevaluate your Urgent Care process. The changes you have made are not in the best interest of patient care and safety. (2 months ago)

This emergency room is everything that’s wrong with healthcare in America. The triage nurses will absolutely threaten and abuse you and they don’t care if witnesses are around. Report it to the house supervisor and you’ll see why they get away with it. Report it to the state and nothing will be done. Not even concerned with video evidence of the abuse. When you see people picketing them outside, it’s because that place is a horror show. The government should take it over or shut it down until they can find something better than animals to triage that emergency room. (a month ago)

Staff has been taking wonderful care of my daughter during her inpatient stay! Thank you for trying so diligently to find the answer to what's wrong, and help her feel better! You've been a blessing during this rough time! (3 months ago)
