$1800 for a Toxicology piss test. Are you kidding me! This is the problem with our medical system. My doctor did not tell me I would have to pay more then the copay and next thing I know I get a bill. (a month ago)

Review for PRMC.... I went to PRMC 2/12/2018 at 09:45 for a pre-employment drug screen at the PRMC lab. I arrived about 15 minutes early. The lab was very busy and short staffed. Sandra was running the desk and told me to take a seat as it would be a few minutes as she was the only one there that could collect my specimen and complete the paper work. I told her of some blood work that I also needed and she promptly added it to the list. After waiting approximately 15 minutes I was taken to one of the rooms and blood was drawn and within 5 minutes the specimen was given and all the paperwork was completed. I was very impressed with Sandra and her professionalism. She was under lots of pressure due to the lack of someone to help her at the desk. She performed flawlessly. I was actually going out the door at the time that my appointment was originally scheduled. Sandra, thanks for the great service! This is a huge improvement from my previous experiences at PRMC when the lab was upstairs, before the remodel. I was very surprised to hear from my Doctor 2 1/2 hours later regarding the results of the blood work. Wow, didn't know they were that fast. (Posted from Facebook) (5 months ago)

This is a great local hospital. From the front desk all the way through, our experience was good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I know some really great people who work here and they seem to enjoy working here too. Even the cafeteria isn't too bad as far as hospital food goes. Even though it's top notch for Pratt, it's still fairly small and depending on what your issues are, they may have to transport you to one of the larger hospitals in Wichita. (a year ago)

Great hospital and staff. I received excellent treatment during a very difficult time. (9 months ago)

My wife and I recently had our 5th child and can honestly say this was our best experience with any hospital. The staff was fantastic. I can truly say it was the most professional and courteous staff of any hospital we have been in. Our situation was very unique and the whole staff at Pratt Regional Medical Center didn't hesitate to give us the best possible care. I can't say enough nice things about the Pratt hospital. Thank you so much for the professionalism you displayed! Dr. Clarkson, nurses Brenda, Heidi and Ashley especially deserve a pat on the back but the whole staff was great! Thanks again and we look forward to future experiences! (a year ago)
