I definitely have a new hospital. Everything and everyone was A+. My experience couldn’t have been better. I will highly recommend City Medical Hospital in Fort Worth to everyone needing medical attention. The best Hospital in Fort Worth, by far. Thank you to ALL the Medical Team and Staff for caring and taking excellent care of me! (a week ago)

My husband and I were on vacation in Ft.Worth and he became experiencing severe stomach and back pain about 1:00am. Promptly after completing the necessary electronic registration he was seen by the intake nurse. The receptionist, nurses and physician were friendly, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate and very concerned about my husband's well-being. Thanks and hats off to everyone for all you did and more who worked during that shift!!!! Thomas&Dawn (a month ago)

WORST OF THE WORST: When I drove up to this place, I quickly noticed this facility was in last place. Once I entered, I better realized this place was soft on service and professionalism. SO HERE’S MY STORY: Brother In-Law was transferred to this facility from his hometown hospital in Abilene. We have been riding these people about a hospital transfer for 10 days only to figure out they’ve been lying to us & the other hospital in Abilene all along. They have worn us to the nill and have displayed some of the worst behavioral skills I’ve ever encountered. The transfer request was made for not only the patient but his 91 year old father who can no longer make the long trip from Abilene. It intensified to the point I was told by staff that they had a doctor declare him incompetent. No doubt this was done to keep me from making the demands upon them to transfer him. If they will do this at the expense of a patient and his 91 year old caring father, who knows what they will do to you. (in the last week)

I received a kidney transplant here on April 5, 2015 and the transplant team they have is the best. My wife and I received detailed information of every step for the whole processes months in advance and they continue to be of great help even till today. (a month ago)

I have been to this hospital many times over the years and my experience has been bitter sweet. When they were Plaza Medical my dad was hospitalized there several times and as a family member watching the experiences was horrible. I saw so much that could have been handled differently. I watch as my dad health went from poor to worst. I watched as gangrene set up in one of his feet and they finally had to amputate his leg. I not saying it was the hospital fault but I do know if situation would have been different he may have never loss his leg. Back in January of 2018 I was hospitalized for a week there and during that stay I was in a holding room until the last day I was moved to my room. Well during that time they were really busy and the hallways was full of patients. They took good care of me. I didn't have any concerns except I am on about 22 different medications and they went by an old list and I only got about 10 of my regular meds. Overall I had a good experience. I did note much change from previous visits! In March of 2018 I had an out patient surgery. Everything went according to plans except that had all kinds of trouble starting an IV. They finally had to bring in a specialist with special equipment to get it done. This mounted to some discomfort on my part and a delay in my surgery! Overall again my experience was a positive one!
