I suffered from a severe tooth infection. Went to the ER to seek Antibiotics. I work on the road all week so i went in to the ER at 4 am because if you don't you'll have to wait all day nobody there. The nurse did not want to help me. I was told to wait to see if the Doctor would even see me. Nurse came back and said he would see me but I'm not getting any pain meds. I wasn't there for pain meds. Interesting. So if you go to the ER your immediately thought to be a drug addict. Nice. Then then rudest doctor i had ever come across in my entire life examined me for 3 min. He said i had a lung disease and gave me antibiotics. Never said my tooth was infected but i have lung disease. Have a nice day. This place has absolutely the worst compassion and care for patients ive ever seen. And dont go here without health insurance(I have health insurance)because you will be sued in court. Sanford Hospital in Luverne is a much friendlier caring Hospital. (in the last week)

Love my family doctor here, but the emergency room wait is HORRIBLE!! They seriously take forever to do anything that last few times we have been here. It should have only taken 15 minutes to get my rsv results but we had to wait over an hour while they all stood and talked by the desk!! Irritating. (a month ago)

Love the the care that hospital does for peaeple lol (4 weeks ago)

We are so lucky to have such a great hospital in Pipestone! Dr. Zephier has been wonderful with my 3 kids. He takes time to listen and offers a number of treatment options each time we see him. Dr. B. Harms is very knowledgeable and a great listener. She has become my primary care physician and I feel very confident knowing that she is taking care of me! (a year ago)

I suffered for 5 years from chronic tension migraines due to the complication with a prescribed medication requiring to go to their ER for the entire time. During the entire ordeal, I was never once referred to a specialist or them investigating what the problem could be. Eventually, I had to move to the Fargo area and google on my own and be my own doctor to resolve my health problem. So to recap, Avera took thousands upon thousands of dollars in never really assisting me with my medical problem and only giving me the maximum amount of tordahl shots every month for 5 years to where I'm now immune to that shot. Go here at your own risk! (a year ago)
