I took my sister to Pioneers memorial hospital and I couldn't believe how fast , efficient and pleasant the entire staff that we encountered. I just retired from my job in Los Angeles Ca. and relocated to Brawley Ca. Thank all you wonderful staff at Pioneers memorial hospital for such a great job I give you 10 star's and 10 thumbs up ! Way to go folks .keep up the great work. (2 months ago)

Brother's been there almost 15 days, he can't feel his legs or stand up. Nurses hang up on concerned family members. They dropped him on the floor!!! Nurse Betty felt superior until asked about x-rays then she got stupid, lied and hung up on me twice. Thinking she was correct in telling my brother to not have me call again. Obviously she got butt hurt because she was called out on her stupidity. Don't go to Pioneer hospital. If you do, AVOID nurse Betsy. You won't get good, sincere care from a B*tch that doesn't know how the X-ray system works. You, too, could get dropped on your ass while inept staff stand around with their finger in their noses babbling "uuuum uuhhh, ummmmm". Doctors call the police, accuse people of being drug addicts, nurses lose BP cuffs and want patients to find it. Yeah, you're safer going to the SPCA. Hell, ask the local lifeguard you could be safer. (3 weeks ago)

Recently brought my mother here since El Centro Regional Hospital was full and busy at the time she was ill. There wasn't many patients at the time I arrived here at Pioneers, and I she was treated right away. They checked her vitals and also moved her into a bed to get her started with lab tests and IV fluids. I was pleased that they treated my mother well. I did notice an RN who seemed a little upset and rude, but overall it was a great experience. My mother is all better now thanks to Dr. Ashley R. Castelhano. Thank you doctor. I recommend her and this hospital. (3 months ago)

Starting to feel like el centro regional medical Center... Both because of time and rude workers and people in general. (2 months ago)

Worst service and wait EVER. Sat for two hours unable to breathe before being shuffled to a hard chair for a breathing treatment. No fluids, no Dr, just a nurse treating 12 people like cattle. Drive the two hours north to visit a staffed, modern hospital. (4 months ago)
