Just had surgery yesterday.. best service ever thought it would be worst and everything went very well.. radiology staff was awesome!! I’ve worked in the medical field for 25 years, I never thought a hospital so bad could exists in the United States. My wife lay in an ER bed for 8 hrs with a broken pelvis and clavicle after a cycling accident without anyone removing her clothes or letting her urinate. The hospital never even called me! After driving for 8 hrs to get there no one had done anything for her except give her morphine. The nurses were rude, when I asked when her next dose of medication was coming since the order was placed 45 min ago she just turned to her friend, rolled her eyes and said she hadn’t eaten all day. The rest of the staff where on hospital computers looking at Facebook and buying new car rims. The best thing that happened was getting her transferred to UCSD because they couldn’t handle her injury. NEVER go here if you value your life. (a month ago)

Excellent hospital, we've been to ER plenty of times with our little ones and they are always quick and helpful, we've delivered two of our little ones there and they were very accommodating, overall great experiences and a great hospital in the area (4 weeks ago)

I been coming to ER a few times wich they are great in providing fast service, but on the other site maternity building is different my wife was on surgery, in recovery area Blanca let 1 person to go and see my wife my mother in law was first she told me she had her eyes closed but she was talking after she got out i try to go and see me wife i call (liz answer)recovery to let me go in, they didn't let me gp in because they didnt found the nurse but she was going to told her so they can go for me, after 15 min i call back (liz answer) they told me nurse was on lunch and I do have to wait until she arrives from her lunch, i ask if there was only 1 nurse taking care of my wife ,than she told me my wife was sleeping, my mother in law was there not even 3 min ago talking to her, I have to wait no matter what until Blanca call me to go inside that's the last she told me and hang up, it's been pass 1 hour since my 1 call, I don't think they care about the people waiting it's frustrating not knowing or see your wife after surgery, even the person on reception told me I habe to do what they have told me than she came after 1 hour that I need to call again when she told me another thing. They just make you mad instead of helping i hope somebody that cares in pioneers memorial health care in Brawley follow up with these it seems it happen before and still happening, we are here paying for this treat? I don't think so. (a month ago)
