Had an emergency and was told to go to this hospital. Staff was great! Polite, hardworking, and kind. The facilities were not so great. I’m disappointed to learn that the rich bigwigs that own this hospital not only pour limited funding back into their emergency room facilities but that the staff are so obviously underpaid. Shame on them. Everything that should be sterile in this environment is unclean. God bless the staff! Amazing people. So grateful for them. They make up for the failure of the administrators. Hope for the sake of this place they shape up and treat the staff better. Without them, this building would be a dirty over charged motel. (3 weeks ago)

My experience with Physician's Regional Medical Center in Pine Ridge was very positive. I was seen quickly in the ER and the staff were friendly and efficient. A procedure was performed on my arm and follow up was effective and efficient. Obtaining my records was a little complicated in that we had to return to the hospital, but the trip was quick and efficient. I was satisfied with my treatment, the attitude of the staff, and the short wait in the ER. (3 months ago)

I went to urgent care for an odd rash/hives all over that had been lasting days. There was no rooms available so I had to sit on a bed in the middle of the hallway and get examined. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Then I was misdiagnosed, given steroids that did nothing and had to see a different doctor. 3 stars because I had to come another time and 1 out of 2 nurses who saw me were nice, but the doctor and other nurse made me feel belittled and like I was overreacting when I really felt horrible and was scared. They made me feel like a joke. (in the last week)

From the moment I was taken to ER till discharge for hospital stay, the treatment was WONDERFUL. Very attentive, complete care of all issues could not want to be in any other facility. The nurses and Doctors are top notch in my opinion. Would recommend this facility highly. (3 months ago)

Where’s the zero star option? Waited 3 months for an appointment on May 16th. Had the worst day ever and my truck wouldn’t start for the 520pm apt. Called and the office and got the voicemail that said sorry we close at 530 so I was crammed into the last 10 min slot with Dr. Goodwin. Called when they opened back up and was told next available was August.. hope I’m not seriously ill as I just laughed and hung up. Pathetic. Tried my “primary care” doc and their office said I could see them in a month “or more”.. (in the last week)
