Incredibly rude woman who answers the phone. I’ve called twice in 2 months to see if they are taking new patients and they are not, which is fine except for the rude attitude of the same person who has answered both times. She seems incredibly annoyed to be talking to you and her answer is I don’t know, I can’t help you to pretty much any question. She needs training on how to respectfully speak to patients over the phone. And if she doesn’t love her job, I’m sure plenty of other kind people would be willing to take it. Other than her, I love our children’s doctor. It’s just too bad they have such poor service over the phone. (2 months ago)

My children and husband are all patients at PMC, but I cannot get a new patient appointment. I’ve been trying for over a year to get scheduled, and call every few months to see if new patients are being accepted. I want a doctor’s office my whole family goes to. At this point I’m thinking of changing offices in order to have us all at the same office. This was the experience we had from the office we used to go to, before our move. I’ve even asked to be put on a waiting list and be notified when there is an opening, however PMC refuses. Says I just need to keep calling. (2 weeks ago)

We have loved our doctor, Dr Green and have always thought that the staff was very helpful so I was surprised when I called their on call doctor and left a message with their message service saying that my child was sick and had an unusual infection that I wasn't sure about. I called at about 6:30 p.m. and was told I would get a call in about 20 or 30 minutes I called back at about 7:30 p.m. and said I hadn't received a call and that I would really like to and I was told once again that they were busy but that I would be called in probably about half an hour. I was not called that night (turned off phone about 930) by the on call doctor dr. Zamora. I would like a response to this review describing why they are unable to return calls to the on-call doctor and how they plan to be improving their system specifically. (2 months ago)

They stopped taking my insurance and said that I'm no longer a patient there since it has been a long time since I have been there. (4 months ago)

I am very disappointed with their process for accepting new patients. The process need a to change, and must change. You Should be able to request an appointment on line and be able to be seen within 24 hours of requesting a visit regardless of insurance. Sometimes a new patient will keep the physician if treated well when ill and when needed. (9 months ago)
