My mom was taken here on Sunday, April 8, for a suspected stroke. Once it was confirmed, they moved quickly to get her treated with the clot busting drug. Very quickly, we started to see positive results from that treatment. She received exceptional care, and all our anxious questions were answered with respect. She was moved to the ICU that evening. There, the care was fantastic from the nurses to all the therapists that were attending to and evaluating her. She has a ways to go in her recovery, but I am grateful for the kind, attentive, and compassionate care she has received so far! And a very special thanks to Michelle in the ER that first day. She took the time to explain everything that was happening with a lot of care and compassion despite being incredibly busy and being there well past the end of her shift! I can’t thank this staff of people enough!!! (a month ago)

Had a great experience. Dr. Canteralla did an amazing job helping me with the birth of my son! All nurses and staff were so nice and accommodating during my stay. Very clean as well (a month ago)

Primary doctor sent me to ER because I was anemic. Checked in at the desk. Before I could even finish telling the girl at the desk what other symptoms I had, she was in the phone. 5 seconds later there was a nurse and an MA taking me to a room. I had blood work done and EKG and two chest X-rays. Was admitted within an hour of getting there. The bad: Only complaint is when the ER nurse went to put the IV line in she hit a muscle. I was sore for 2 weeks. The good: All staff was very kind and compassionate they answered any questions I had, or sent the doctor to answer them. My nighttime nurse Susan was the best, she is very compassionate and you can tell she cares. (5 months ago)

I went to the ER yesterday & waited half an hour. When I informed the person at the desk I was really sick & that I would have to leave & go to another hospital, she said, "okay". Not, are you okay to drive? let me see how much longer it will be. Now I know why everyone says, "Don't go to Phoenixville Hospital". (4 months ago)

Stay away for any diagnostic testing. They are rude and take forever. This past time my 2day old daughter needed stat blood work, they crossed her name off, took 4 people in who signed in after us. I asked why we were not called, the person gave us an attitude looked into it. Came back and said we were next and when i asked her why we were skipped she ignored me. I will try to avoid this hosiptal now if i was dieing (2 months ago)
