Honestly if it would let me rate it zero stars I would. I took my 1yr old son to the er today after he fell and split his head open. The triage consisted of a rude woman who barely looked at his head and took his weight. She gave us a wristband that wasn't my son and sent us back to the waiting room, where we sat for over an hour with his head still bleeding. After waiting an hour another patient came in demanding a doctor and they took her back right away for muscle spasms. That's when I left and took my son to cape where he received prompt care consisting of 3 staples to the head. Do not take children to this er, make the drive to cape to be seen. "People Care More Here" false advertisement if I ever heard it. (a month ago)

I had a knee replacement and it was a wonderful experience overall. Wonderful staff in surgery and on floor. PT and OT were very caring and skilled. This was just as great as my 1st knee surgery on 2015. (a year ago)

If you find yourself in an emergency situation and you can survive the drive to Cape do yourself a favor and just go to Cape because the ER is a flipping joke (8 months ago)

The woman that's an ER doctor don't care about people my mom saw her and ask why she came by ambulance and if she try calling her dr which is in Cape and she was admitted The men doctors are 100 percent better (a year ago)

Expensive like all hospitals but had both my children here and a gallbladder surgery. Very happy with the health system overall (a year ago)
