Going to the ER always sucks but I was pleasantly surprised by PMC. The nurses were attentive and had good bedside manner. The doctors and staff treated my family with respect and care. Facilities were clean. Cafeteria wasn’t half bad either. Thanks and I hope I never see you again. (a week ago)

I recently had my Mammogram at PMC and Debbie and Jill were wonderful. They were very caring and compassionate. I was in and out in 30 mins. I have been other places where I felt like they were herding me around like cattle but, NOT here they took the time to talk to me and ask me about my medical history. The people at Pelham Medical Center Medical Office Building really care. (a week ago)

This used to be a wonderful ER to visit. Not anymore. We waited 4 hours and they couldn’t tell my father if he had a torn rotator cuff. Dr. Silva spent 4 minutes with him. Raised his arm, said the X-ray showed arthritis, and left. I highly doubt he even looked at his X-rays. Positive - the check out lady was nice and offered to call charge nurse so I could voice my concerns. I did not bc I was too tired and frustrated for my dad at that point. 4 hours and probably $400 bucks for absolutely nothing. (a month ago)

My experience here was horrible. I would NEVER recommend this place. The bed side manner was horrific. The lady rammed my leg into the bed and hit it again with her body later on in the night. She didn't care and it came across. I left in the same condition as I arrived with no diagnosis to the swelling and inflammation in my foot. The services they provided were not relevant to my case. I felt as if I were a number and not a patient. Four hours later and there was no solution. It was a waste of time and I am now in the hole $3,600 for crappy service and no treatment. I would never recommend this phacility (2 months ago)

Nurse practitioner wasn't nice had an attitude and spent less than 2 minutes with me. Told me tramadol doesn't have anti inflamatory medicine in it and it does which I can't taker because of bleeding ulcers. My stomach Dr said never take. I will refuse to see this nurse again Austin (4 weeks ago)
