I have been to this emergency room twice. Once to get my finger stitched up and once with my granddaughter for severe abdominal pain. Both times had an amazingly short wait time. Both times we were treated extremely well! The entire staff were very professional and empathetic. All departments were very respectful of OUR time and explained each procedure. I will never go to Hermann Memorial again. Thanks to all if the staff, yall are great. (in the last week)

I was very pleased with my mom's visit. She went in for a procedure and the lady's at the front desk, the nurses and all the staff were very nice and kind. This is a very clean facility and I highly recommend this hospital. For any future needs this is where I will be coming (a week ago)

It's been over 6 months and they still can't get my DOB correct. I don't even know who to contact and several people who claim they would keep in touch with my problems have not. I was in there for a week with diverticulitis and only 3 out of the dozen people who were "treating" me knew what they were doing. Now I'm being told I won't get help with the payment and they won't accept the amount I can afford. It's either their minimum or nothing. I am going to seek legal help about how terrible everything is. (2 months ago)

I went if for abdominal pain found out I had gallstones. I had to heart tests done . First was stress test the other a heart catheter test. The cardiologist approved me both times for the gallbladder removel surgery. Now the surgeon wants me to go to another hospital for second opinion with different cardiologist that's gonna cost more and then go to her clinic again more money when I was told I was just supposed to call and schedule a new appointment for the surgery. Now I have do deal with the pain cause the surgeon wants second opinion. I'VE ALREADY BEEN CLEARED AND NOW CAN'T GET ANY ANSWERS WHY I HAVE TO GO THROUGH MORE EVASIVE TESTS WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE GALLBLADDER REMOVED. CALLED AND NOW NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHO I CAN TALK TO SO I CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND HAVE MY GALLBLADDER SURGERY. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW !!! (2 months ago)

The building appeared clean and sanitary but the Hispanic Social Worker is very rude. I had a question and was waiting to talk to her and she stayed on the phone the whole time and then walked away, totally ignored me and not even acknowledging my presence. (in the last week)
