If u get a good Dr. They will help u but lately last couple years they have been going downhill not caring about people's problems illness and broken bones (a month ago)

Doctor seeing my kid couldnt be bothered to get a extension on a refferal to keep seeing my kid, said see you back next week. Insurance wont pay. They say no our doc would never do that. Yeah your doc did do that. (5 months ago)

So good to have great care available in our small community. We are blessed to have so many services available right here in Ketchikan and such great caregivers! (8 months ago)

They let people access my medical records that I specifically requested them NOT TO entirely ignoring HIPAA. They held me for longer than 72 hours illegally, wrote my name wrong, and wrote that I was in labor for A WEEK when I was in labor for LESS THAN THREE HOURS. (6 months ago)

Whenever we go to the ER it takes ATLEAST 3-4 hours just to be seen by a doctor, I have grown up in Ketchikan but I have traveled lots and been to many hospitals, this is the WORST hospital I have ever experienced. The nurses are not friendly, their is only 1 doctor almost always, and the time it takes just to be seen by a doctor is ridiculous. Your supposed to be helping people not making our lives worse!
