It seems to me that they should practice medicine but they don't. I got to see a PAC who asked the same questions a second time when I was told they had my records. I was billed before I received any help at all. I was offered to go a free community class as part of my treatment plan. The PAC was uncaring and this place spends most of the time verifying your ability to pay and not billing your insurance. The ER staff was rude to my wife when she was there. It's a waste of money. I give credit to the urgent care staff member on one visit but I'm getting billed for that covered visit also. (2 months ago)

Yikes! The Emergency room is a horror show...avoid the ER at all cost..the ER doctor is grossly incompetent...kudos to his staff for trying to compensate for such a pig but really someone needs to report his work ethic or lack there of before a loved one dies! Just a matter of time before the ER gets sued with him on duty! (2 months ago)

Horrible doctors who don't care about the patients and only want your money. Prescribed wrong meds and did tests with out giving results. Did test that where not necessaryand still no results. Did not care if you were in pain just cut away for a biopsy. I'd rather drive 500 miles for a proper facility. (3 months ago)

Walk in clinic is always understaffed and always COMPLETY wrong when guessing wait time. I've been waiting TWO HOURS and I'm still waiting. I was initially told one hour wait. I passed on scheduling an appointment because they said I was next, yet here I am. Waiting. This isn't a one time issue. It happens to me e every time I come here and to every person I know who has come here. For a town full of seniors this clinic CANNOT get its act together. (9 months ago)

Yesterday morning I made a visit to Peacehealth hospital to see my primary care physician. I was aghast by the way I was treated. I came to my scheduled appointment on time to be told I was 15 minutes late. Then I was asked to wait in the lobby. 15 to 20 minutes later I was told they couldnt see me. I understand that scheduling conflicts occur. What I don't understand and won't tolerate is the multitude of indignant expressions seen on faces of staff members at 390 9th st in Florence OR. It seemed as though they didn't want to help me. It made me wonder if this had something to do with being an Asian women. I take discrimination and racism very seriously. I hope for the sake of others that Peacehealth does everything they can to prevent this from happening in the future. I will be looking for a new care provider. (4 months ago)
