I called to alert the emergency room that my grandchild was being brought there by my son. The operator told me that it was all right that I called but that the emergency room knows how to deal with emergencies. I told her they would arrive in 5 to 10 minutes and she said with impatient disgust, "thank you", then she hung up on me! How could a hospital operator be so rude and impatient with such a call? Any company's first line of customer service is often the telephone operator. If the operator can't treat a customer with kindness and respect, then the customer is left with the feeling that it may be a company-wide culture. I pray that isn't the case because my granddaughter is on the way and will need kind, loving, and professional emergency care. (2 weeks ago)

My mom went in with an allergic reaction, the er nurse put epinephrine in her iv, because he didn't read her chart and caused her to have a heart attack. She was then sent home and now she is in Fort Wayne to receive a heart catheter from the damage caused by such gross negligence. Don't go here take your chances at home or go to a real hospital (in the last week)

My doctor had me go to their laboratory for a stool sample container. It took the staff at least 15 minutes to figure out what to do, in between calls to find pizza sliced in squares instead of slices, and then failed to tell me me that the sample had to be to them within an hour after it was in the container. So, when I got it to them after driving from Peru, I was told it was no good. If I was at deaths door I would go ahead and die before I trusted them to "try" to help me! (3 weeks ago)

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I'VE HAD 2 DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES WITHIN THE LAST MONTH WITH IMMEDIATE FAMILY AND THEY WILL NEVER LET ME OBTAIN ANY INFORMATION ON THERE SITUATION (a month ago)

I doubt I will ever go back to this hospital. The WORST experience Ive ever had. (3 months ago)
