I absolutely enjoy the staff. Always as fast as they can be and take wonderful care of patience. (a month ago)

4 hours for a little tape on a cut. They tried to discharge me before a doctor even looked at the cut on my hand. They opened surgical glue and 2 kinds of wrapping that never even touched me. Charged me for it though. (3 months ago)

A great team there tonight!! All very attentive and did not have to wait. Dr. was very thorough in explanations. Had me diagnosed, fixed and out of there in decent time. (6 months ago)

We was at Bonne Terre Parkland today with our grandchild. The doctor was Elizabeth Lucas, she is an exceptionally awesome doctor. She sat in the floor with Isabella and even spelled out BLOOD when talking about drawing blood from Isabella. The atmosphere in the ER was great, everyone there was helpful, talkative and pleassnt. We need more doctors like Dr.Lucas. (8 months ago)

This "hospital" is one story tall. Only has one doctor there at a time. Has a total of three rooms for patients. the wait is ridiculous (you will sit in the waiting room for up to 4 hours). The "doctors" and "nurses" are the exact oposite of thorough, despite the rediculous wait time you will probably be seen and sent out with a simple "everything is okay" or a "its just a sprain" maybe even a "I see no need for an xray" within 30 minutes to an hour at the absolute max. They have no MRI lab, no heart cath lab, no blood lab, they rarely do anything at all often denying people xrays saying they do not see it as nessecary then telling them they have a sprain. No matter how much pain you are in/ how many bones are broken good luck getting anything for pain. My dad had a cut going down to his bone and they "saw no need for stitches". They do not use EKG's, if you are having heart problems they tell you they dont know whats wrong and send you home, they sometimes even call it "anxiety" or "stress". My sister was drugged and when we took her their so they could get it to stop, they gave her a 10 pannel urine test and then said there was nothing in her system. If you are in labor DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES COME HERE. They will tell you to go to another hospital. So to sum this all up I would advise only coming here if you need a bandaid and can find none around your house. Anything else is "beyond them." Again please do not come here if you need to go to a real hospital. Parkland is not a "hospital" it is a waste of time. (6 months ago)
