On 4/16, I waited in the ER waiting room for 5 hours, never being admitted. HORRIBLE service! Ended up going to the Antlers hospital, they saw me immediately, took great care of me, and off I went. Who would have known the high quality of service available in a small town. Thank you PUSHMATAHA COUNTY HOSPITAL for helping me when I needed it most, AND for showing up the larger regional hospital. This hospital is probably one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. And witnessing how they treat their employees explains why it’s so terrible. Y’all need to treat yalls employees better. They are spending so much time to get the job done and not getting enough praise. Especially the folks that cleans the rooms and floor tech. You supervisors outta be lucky to have such a short handed group who break their backs doing their job. They deserve to be treated waaaaayyy better. You higher ups should be ashamed of yourselves just imagine what corporate would say if they witnessed you treating the employees the way you do. Now they’re are some supervisors who actually care and you are probably the ones keeping them from walking out the door, but the rest of y’all probably doing it for extra cash on a paycheck smh. I would give NO STARS if I had the option. This is ridiculous. (a week ago)

In the emergency and not complaining about a wrong diagnosis but there is that considering I had to go to a different hospital 2 days later. But the blood oxygen thing they put on my finger so tight and it hurt beyond words and made my wrist and fingers swell to twice their size considering I have RA. When I got up to leave I felt worse than when I come in but I would have not. Went back in for anything . It was an awful experience (3 weeks ago)

I have to say our experience was pretty good. My sister was having a baby and we had to spend the whole day here waiting. The nurses and doctors were all every friendly and helpful. The place was clean. They had vending machine and a cafe down stairs. All was good. (5 months ago)

DON'T GO! 2nd worst hospital for heart attack sufferers. Unbelievable! The employees are so self absorbed they shouldn't be treating anyone. They act like they're all that when they just wannabe all that. Walked out in the midst of my massive heart attack and went to Baylor Scott & White in McKinney, where they treated me as they should have, conducted a heart procedure, watched over me in CCU for a few days and sent me home. Paris should be shut down. (3 months ago)
