What a change!!! We were here 2 years ago and I must tell everyone this stay has been great! The service great. The nurses are constantly in the room. The managers , doctors and even director have come in to see us and get our feedback. The nurses are caring, compassionate toward the patient but also family. We are in CCU and i have not 1 complaint only great experiences we will be leaving soon but wanted everyone to know if they had a not so nice experience before come back because the hospital has been Rejuvinated! We will send a letter to recognize all staff by names thank you!!! Happy we love close by!! (a week ago)

I am not one to put in reviews but my dad wants me to put reviews on what a great attention he received in ccu . He told me that this is the first time that he has been in a hospital and doesn't want to leave. the nurses are sweet, caring and they are HAPPY(something he says not common in other hospitals or clinics) he says they provide great care to him but also the personal care that other hospitals do not. He feels happy to be here and wanted the nurses to be reorganized for making him feel important and feel like family. They have treated my mother who stays with him with the same respect and care. Thank you Palmetto! (3 weeks ago)

I've been in Hialeah/Miami Lakes all my life and there has always had a dissatisfying experience when coming to Palmetto Hospital...until last month. I was there with my 94 year old mother who was having trouble swallowing, and the staff in emergency was excellent beyond belief. Caring, smiling, attentive, compassionate and genuinely kind. They have gone through some kind of metamorphosis that is difficult to explain, but keep up the good work. (2 weeks ago)

My father had to go in for an emergency and most of the staff treated him nicely except this one doctor: Jeanette A Miguelez. She has absolutely no bedside manners, my father was crying in pain and she just mocked him. She had a disgusting attitude with my mother and did not want to communicate with her regarding my father's health history. No one should be treated this way especially during a high stress situation. She was so condescending and I plan on contacting the hospital directly to file a formal complaint. (in the last week)

Was in pediatric ER with my granddaughter. Excellent care from nurses Beverly and Reiner. Dr Bolumen was very kind and quick!!! Even X-ray Tech Cristian was super nice. Not happy to have to deal with an injury but glad I went to Palmetto. Great service. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘ (a week ago)
