Dr. Sisto fixed my knee there. The place was brand new. The staff was great. And the doctor really knows his stuff. I would recommend him and the hospital to anyone. You can't blame a hospital for the clientele. (a month ago)

Horrible management and adminstration! They only care about how many dollars they can collect. They regularly break the law and participate in insurance fraud. They will sign paperwork for the insurance companies saying patients are bed confined or have other medical problems when it is not true so they can ship patients out by ambulance. The tell the patients they are giving them a "free" ride. Local ambulance companies tell their crews to just do it and are glad for the business. PRMC regularly hands out pain medications in unethical ways. They give beds and treatment to whoever complains the loudest. All of this is done to try and garnish better ratings from patient surveys conducted by the insurance companies. This in turn means the hospital gets paid more by insurance. There are some good staff. However, if you speak up about the problems your head will roll. The management will keep the most lazy and incomplete individuals as long as they kiss up to management. The result is an inefficient hospital. It's not uncommon to see an ER charge nurse as well as regular nurses sit around for several hours joking and using their phones while patients wait in the hallways. As soon as someone complains enough all the nurses and doctors suddenly start working and go to the waiting patients and start doing whatever tests need to be done blood draw, urine sample, order labs, radiology, etc. I have never been an employee. My knowledge is first hand from working for a contracted party. (in the last week)

Worst hospital ever only good thing was that they did test extremely fast but other then that have have been here since 4pm with pulse rate of 121 up until now still not seen and it's almost 11. At least my body fixed itself but better off dying at home. UPDATE i left that hospital with a hemorrhoid instead from sitting so long and never saw a doctor was never seen at all. Never again DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. (2 months ago)

This place sucks they will have you waiting for hours!!!!! When you Arrive you check in and then they call you to do your vital and voice your concern...okay so after you think its going good and fast No!!!! Perper yourself to be there for 4 plus hours to see the DR. and even after you see the Dr, your still waiting and don't let you be waiting for results cause your day is out the window. I kinda forgot why I was in there, got caught up in a convosation between coworkers like this a damn greys anatomy show this medical center suck!!!! (a month ago)

The idiot doctors sent my daughter home on two different occasion for a 'bruise knee" she found today that the knee is broken. Two Effin weeks she has walked around in pain because of their lack of attention and concern for their patients. She was sent to Olive View today and this will likely result in surgery , because she was told it was fine and only bruised and she could continue to about her daily routines. This is not the first time a family member had been treated with such carelessness. Watch Palmdale Regional you are likely to answering a medical malpractice suit. (2 weeks ago)
