Hospital staff from the nurses to registration were friendly and courteous. They tended to my 2 children although only one was admitted with pneumonia for a week. I did not have to wait long at all in the emergency room. They made my children comfortable and provided them with juice, snack and toys to make them more at ease. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you. (a month ago)

Hospital staff does not even know how long the patient is in their emergency department. I’ve been sitting quietly for 10 hours waiting, for an admission. Once the admission is signed the emergency Doctors don’t have anything to do with the patient. Apparently neither does the rest of the personnel until you raise your voice. Then you are disturbing the patients. Is there any responsible person here that can take care of the issues, and concerns. Not only is the patient not well, now the family is also feeling sick and tired. This is a five star hospital for the worst care possible. (a month ago)

People were all very nice, especially Luz in the ER. I would give the ER staff and doctors a 10. But on the floor, it’s a different story, the nurses don’t seem to be terribly motivated. It takes them literally hours to perform the most basic nursing duties of giving medications as prescribed by the doctor, or processing release from hospital. One nurse even appeared to be drunk or on something. If you need to stay here, you will need to bring your someone to advocate on your behalf, and to remind the nurses again and again to get meds. My husband had an MRI today (our first visit).. everyone was so efficient, friendly, respectful and accommodating. MRI tech Michelle took extra time to explain follow up details. Even the volunteer who stopped to ask if I would like coffee & cookies while I waited. We left very impressed and would feel very confident in any future treatment we would need. Kudos to All (3 months ago)

Defiantly the worst place and worst expierence. I wish I could give two reviews the ER was great, they took us in right away and treated the pain. After we were transferred to the ER overflow room the nurses rarely checked on us. My boyfriend wasn’t placed on oxygen and when I mentioned it to the nurse she said he didn’t request it. *since when is oxygen upon request? We’ve been here for three days waiting on the cardiologist. The staff has no idea when he’ll be coming in and meanwhile the hospital is milking our insurance. Housekeeping is terrible. We have trays of breakfast and lunch sitting around since the morning. When we moved rooms the pillows inside the closet were dirty and there was poop in the toilet. If you don’t have the need please don’t stop here. Defiantly take the trip to Celebration Hospital. (a month ago)
