I had to be in there 4 days everything was perfect. The nurses were amazing, the food was the best I have had in a long time. If it wasn't for being sick it would have been like a resort. Kudos to all the staff, it's nice to have people who care an are nice when you're sick. Thank you all (3 months ago)

The nurse that works in the E.R. named heather with long blonde hair is a snag. She is straight up rude & does not care for any patient that walks in. A man with mental health came in & was saying "I didnt ask to be brought here" she than responded "well we didnt ask you to be brought here either". Word for word that's what she said. I was shook. All staff at oroville hospital are a joke. Not one person there cares about their patients. Never again will I go there or tell anybody else to be seen there. That's a death trap waiting to happen. They should have 0 stars. (2 weeks ago)

You will waste your intire day here if you are sick or in pain they will just sit you in the bed and do nothing for a few hours and just send you home it took 10 hours just to be told I'm okay when I am not. I went somewhere else and they told me what was wrong while Oroville didn't want to do anything this is the worst place to go for anything they just want money and not to help you. (a month ago)

Having to wait 5hrs to be brought back is ridiculous. California is supposed to be a pain treatment state but waiting that long just to get brought back then having to wait an additional 4hrs to receive pain meds for kidney stones is unacceptable. I've never been admitted to a hospital in my life and have had over 20 stones. I was admitted for no reason, literally one wasn't ever given to me, the staff was horrendous and argumentative and when I wanted to check out AMA I had to jump through hoops because everyone refused to listen. It's scary to think I would go to Rideout before going here again. (a month ago)

Out dated hospital with unknowledgeable doctors. Emergency room takes hours to be seen, while your sitting next to drug addicts who are on a bad trip. Don't waste your time. Go to enloe or paradise! People smoke right outside door ways with people walking in and out, fills the room with 2nd smoke and no Hospital worker says anything! It's like they want you to get 2nd hand smoke so you have to keep coming back. All the homeless drug addicts take up the beds in the er (a month ago)
