My husband was admitted to Orange Regional. His stay was a four day one, and I must say for a hospital stay it was.a very good experience. I actually spent the night with him, and his care was very good, so much so that we are now seeing doctors at Orange Regional on a regular basis. They have a wonderful wound care team. The food wasn’t bad, and the nursing care is very good. Kudos to Orange Regional (2 months ago)

Excellent staff. Very attentive, friendly and competent. Hospital clean, food good, easy parking and good security. Our daughter had a high risk pregnancy, so we are greatly appreciative that her and the baby were taken care of in this hospital. (4 weeks ago)

The hospital and nurses were great for our C-section however the billing department is terrible and I would avoid going here. We paid online regularly with about $400 a month and then out of nowhere they sent us to collections without any notice or reason why. (in the last week)

Beware of the “Urgent Care” as they will bill your insurance company in a way that it goes towards your deductible as opposed to an Urgent Care visit. Resulting in a bigger bill than you expect. They collect your co-pay as if it’s an Urgent Care and then bill it totally different. If we had gone to any other Urgent Care facility in the area it would have cost our co-pay of $25. Instead we received a bill on top of our co-pay of $165. Meanwhile our insurance company is willing to pay the whole bill if they will bill it as Urgent Care visit - which it was. Regardless they will never see the $165 from our pocket. I highly recommend ORANGE URGENT CARE since they actually bill your insurance in the correct way. (4 months ago)

My doctor sent me there for my toddler who had an uti and was a dehydrated from throwing up and having diarrhea for the last 2 days and had wanted my daughter to get an IV and antibiotics because she was having pain and they had to use a catheter to get a urine sample. So I get to the hospital they take her weight and check her pulse ask me questions and THATS IT. They did not examine her the doctors didn’t even touch her just looked at her and because she had tears they said she wasn’t dehydrated enough and gave her apple juice which she didn’t drink and crackers that she took 2 bites out of and then sent us home after giving her one dose of antibiotics which they would have given her by syringe if she wouldn’t have taken it orally. So I ask about the IV and the nurse explained what the doctor said and the doctors didn’t even come back and explain anything just the nurse and she said because she was “active” which was playing with her cars while sitting down she was “fine” and she drank some juice even though while we were there she had 3 boughts of diarrhea. When I said she was given nausea medication and maybe that’s why she managed to drink some then they want to prescribe her that to help her eat😒. Oh and better yet if she still isn’t eating or drinking then bring her back after she hasn’t already been eating for drinking for the last 2 days and that’s why I brought her to the doctor and then the ER in the first place! Called my doctor who was surprised because she expected an IV and even possibly an over night stay because of her inspection of my daughter and mind you she actually touched her! (2 weeks ago)
