Excellent Medical Care, Sadly I have spent 5 years beside my brother a Vietnam Veteran with both legs removed and multi organ failure from agent orange. I believe had he been treated at any other hospital he would have passed several years ago. They worked to extend his life and ensure his quality of life. The doctors, nurses, assistance and all the staff including cleaning crews are second to none. The personal care provided was the best. I am positive without the excellent care at every corner he would have never had the last several years. I know hospitals and care from Cleveland, Ohio to Miami. This hospital provides great care 7 days a week. I received the same quality of service on Saturday and Sunday as Mon-Fri. Excellent Emergency Room. I could write for hours and the many different examples I could provide over the last four years. I don't live here but if I ever need care I would like to be close to Orange Park Medical Center. God Bless. (3 months ago)

I was admitted for 5 days here. From the Nurse Practitioner Alisha to all the nurses I can't remember all their names. One that really stood out was Gretchen, she is a charge nurse but sometimes she had patients. She always made me feel like I was her only patient. Also Leslie I had her while I was in observation. All over this was a excellent stay (2 months ago)

So far batting ZERO stars. My mom is a patient after being transferred from a nursing home. I attempted to reach her or her nurse on the floor, but every time I called, the phone would ring a few times only for an automated message telling me how important my call is and to try again later. I called 4 times and each time the same! The last time, I was assured I would get the nurse, but no. If my call matters, send me to voice mail at least. (2 months ago)

Great and fast service (Emergency - Wednesday - early morning). They took very good care of my toddler. (in the last week)

I have had four children and my experience here was absolutely horrible compared to any other hospital I've been to. It is dirty, the nurses are condescending (nothing like being called sweetheart by a nurse the same age or younger than you when you are already feeling vulnerable) and you can not get a moment's rest after you have had your baby because someone from nutrition, a photographer, or a string of nurses all doing the same thing will be coming into your room every fifteen minutes all day and night long for two days straight, no matter how many times you ask them to leave you alone and let you bond with your baby... Do not recommend, they deserve zero stars. (2 months ago)
