Orange Coast Memorial Center: Amazing Dr Wong and Dr Patel, Office staff, Ultrasound Tech, "Mac" and Hospital Staff. Thank you for your kindness while in the Hospital and all of your professionalism to care and save lives. My emergency could not have gone smoother. Dr. Wong and Dr Patel were so thorough, this was an unplanned and unexpected Procedure, needless to say, I was pretty scared. The team at Orange Coast Memorial Center and Hospital are informative and professional. Thank you Mac, the Ultrasound Tech. You are amazing. Thank you for being so incredible detailed with the procedure. I am so grateful. Linda H Huntington Beach, CA (5 months ago)

Best hospital experience we have ever had from a patient service perspective (a month ago)

I had the best service of any hospital ever here. It's a bit old school (late 1980s) but they're building a new ER with a trauma center and doubling in size. I was triaged in less than 10 minutes, waited another 5 minutes, and got a bed right after. Saw a doctor in another 10 minutes right then and there. It comes a very close second to Hoag in terms of facilities but edges out Hoag & St. Joseph in terms of service. I would definitely come back here or to the Anaheim location on La Palma & Euclid if I had another serious emergency, especially once constructed is done (5 months ago)

Not a good experience in child birth and nicu. It was understaff and some nurses were great but some were terrible. No one came to help after multiple calls. Also had to share a room with another couple in recovery room. There was no space and it was loud. One of the nurse in nicu unwrap the two swaddle blanket from our baby and said we gotta have these back. There are trackers on them. Trackers? Like seriously? Going to spread the word to my friends so they won't suffer like we did. (7 months ago)

Pretty nice hospital. No problems here...and I have been there quite a few times. (6 months ago)
