There are a lot of reasons why this place is so great. I can specifically speak for 10A. The nursing staff is wonderful and kind and eager to help. They are quick to help their patients and do it with a smile. The people make this place! There are also currently nearly 800(!) volunteers total in the hospital that are there specifically to make patients' stay more comfortable. The volunteer program is well organized and that shows by the level of training and scheduling. And the view of Portland is awesome! (in the last week)

The Dr was awesome!! and reassuring. We had was a little trouble to find where we needed to go the help helped and we were on our way and nobody said anything about being late . Maybe because it was a 4 hr drive. Great place (4 months ago)

This review is in regards to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery center. After being referred here by my denntist. My tongue was numb due to the removal of a mucocele on the bottom of my tongue. After several months with a numb tongue, they decide they can do nothing. I then got another mucocele on the inside of my lip. The Surgeon insisted there was no way removing it, would cause my lip to be numb. He lied, 3 months later, my lip is still numb. I tried to make an appointment with them to see if they could tell me what to do, but the receptionist said the surgeon would have to let them know when to could schedule me to come in. Well, every time I called the receptionist she would say the same thing and they would not let me make an appointment without him getting back to them. Which he never did. (3 months ago)

The most professional and knowledgeable staff. This is an unparalleled medical institution. The cafeteria food is little a little on the pricey side but you can't put a price on good medical care. (5 months ago)

The international office is absolutely shameful. Employees in that office have extremely condescending demeanor to fellow international employees, and it is disgusting to watch and hear about these shameful stories. (2 months ago)
