Dr Gill ICU intensivist at Oconomowoc Memorial hosp was the complete opposite of what Prohealth's mission and values entail. He came into my dad's room, didn't even introduce himself and what his specialty was, no compassion, no respect, absolutely no bedside manner. I believe Prohealth care should really re-evaluate this physician and his role in providing care to critical care patients and their families. This community deserves better! (a week ago)

I have been a patient of Prohealth Care for about 10 years now, and have never once been disappointed. The ER staff are amazing and have taken complaints seriously each and every time. I had my first child in Oconomowoc in May, and had incredible nurses on the labor and delivery floor. When I came back to that floor 2 weeks later after an infection I acquired during the labor, those same nurses provided support, not just physically, but emotionally as well. Jenny and Jamie, you both have no idea how incredible you both are and I feel so honored to have been your patient. You have definitely touched my life and my son will know about you guys and what you did for both of us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! (6 months ago)

wil be waiting for a call back from public relations and the board of directors (in the last week)

I went to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital in January of 2017 with a small kidney stone. After 90 minutes in the hospital I was released and told to drink a lot of water. I was shocked when the bill arrived as it totaled nearly $10,000. I have compared prices with other area hospitals and Oconomowoc is extensively overcharging. I regret not doing my homework ahead of time! (a year ago)
