Location and Directions

Schedule an appointment? This is not US 2018 clinic, this is worst of the third world places. Personnel over the phone is on drugs or have deep personal issues. They do not want to answer questions, they do not want to help you, their voices sound like you're bothering them at 3AM. If there's still any supervisors, just listen to their conversations. All the medical professionals I've come in contact with are knowledgeable and trustworthy with all the answers for questions I've gotten. Larry was very helpful in relaying us information as to what is where and I'm thankful for him. Laurie and Camille were helpful in the labor and delivery department and pre registration. For someone who hates hospitals and the health care business in general, I enjoy this establisment. (2 months ago)

Dr Tauzin’s office staff is top notch -friendly, welcoming and attentive to both my children and me. The treats they gave and tricks they performed help get excellent hearing tests on both my 3 and 5-year old. Great office environment to complement a superb physician! Thank you (8 months ago)

Do not choose Ochnser St. Charles or Kenner; they hold you hostage for $. They will keep you in their system as long as they can to bill you and your insurance as much as possible. Ochsner would not send my dad to a hospital that was not Ochsner brand. After a stroke, we asked to go from Ochsner of St. Charles parish to anywhere in Baton Rouge, where he and our mother live. They sent him to Kenner in the middle of Mardi Gras (Monday and Tuesday), so they could keep him in Ochsner care and keep billing his insurance. They did this because "he needed a place with 24 hour MRI." They allowed the entire transfer without realizing that (or being dishonest about) the Kenner Ochsner 24 MRI wasn't doing MRI's because of Mardi Gras! After shipping him even further away from home to Kenner, they would not release him to go back to Baton Rouge until we convinced a courageous nurse to insist the doctor sign his release papers. The doctor wanted to keep him until his monitor showed some signs of A fib. He hadn't shown any such signs under observation for the near 3 days he was held hostage by Ochsner. (4 months ago)

My father in law has gone here a few times for some issues. Every time they basically if it's him when he's trying to explain what is wrong with him. Just last night they held him overnight. He mentioned his pains, said he was hungry, etc. They did not feed him or offer food services ( he was there for 24 hours). He mentioned he needed something for his pain and they did not give him anything. All they did was "monitor" and had no discussion with him as far as what they were doing or anything in regards to the issue he went there for in the first place. Every time it has been like that. If they cannot give pain medication they should address it rather than saying "they will let the doctor know" and ignore him. I mean keep your patient informed! To top it off it was pretty dirty for a hospital. Terrible place. Even worse care. I'd never recommend this place to anyone who actually wishes to find results. (7 months ago)
