Meridian Outpatient Rehab, Jackson Meridian Health Village - I have been going to outpatient rehab since November 2017. I see Meaghan for speech and Brian for physical therapy. They are both the ultimate professionals, caring, and helpful individual medical professionals I have know. Everyone in the office is tremendous, courteous and helpful when answering the phone, making appointments, etc. I have recommended the outpatient rehab several times and will continue to do so. Thank you all! (a month ago)

Meridian Health Ocean Medical used to send surveys either via email or snail mail which was much more confidential Now since merged with Hackensack, must review online in public which I disagree with as now I cannot post my complete review as I am identified by email, and to not embarrass in public the negative experiences I received during my physical therapy. This review will only state the two therapists which deserve the recognition for the compassionate and personal care received during my physical therapy by BINNY and DEBRA W. It was their exceptional care which as made my recovery faster than expected. Just one more note, save your breathe contacting the Patient Services dept...the epitome of unprofessional-ism and delusion. (3 weeks ago)

Had a double spinal fusion on a Thursday, discharged on Monday. The nurses were great. Very caring and attentive/prompt. The room was big and clean and modern. I am deducting one star due to the medical doctors and anesthesiologists. The medical doctors were quick, quiet, and indifferent. 2 minutes in the room tops. The anesthesiologist went completely against my surgeons orders on the management of my pain, with no explanation why. I had an 8 and a half hour surgery and was given meds normally prescribed for a broken arm. (3 months ago)

I just want to thank everyone that took care of me in my recent ER visit and admission . The ER staff was amazing and everyone on 6 West was as well. Happy Nurses Week to you all you do an amazing job. (a week ago)

Had the worst experience ever!!! We actually left before seeing the Dr. The "nurse " Sharron was the nastiest person! I don't understand how you can be in the medical field with that type of attitude! It was almost like we were bothering her trying to explain my husbands symptoms. We told her we did not want any type of pain medication, we just wanted to find the cause of his back & leg pain (he also has a full body rash). She basically told us they were only going to give him maybe a steroid or maybe some benedryl and what did we think they were going to do for us? then proceeded to send us back to the waiting room. That is when we went back to the front desk to ask where we could file a complaint, 5 people on the desk & not one of them even opened their mouth to help us! We left and will never be back!!!
