Staff is great! Everyone is kind and on time! They care so much! Everyone is constantly working, listened to all of our concerns, addressed everything accordingly. Cafe is incredible, there was a mistake made, and they fixed it immediate and beyond expectation! Facility is nice and clean, all staff is professional. Highly recommend! We had a great stay! My husband had shoulder replacement surgery on Sept. 21, 2017, in the afternoon. He had not eaten since supper the day before. The night shift was on duty when he fully awoke. They told him that he couldn't eat until they were sure his digestive track was moving along. I left him in their care after 9 PM. He was given an ice cream then. I found out the next day when I came to pick him up that the staff told him that there was no food anywhere for him to eat!!!! He finally got tired of fighting for something to eat and ordered them to give him some food or the phone so he could call me. A staff member gave him 1/2 of their sandwich! Surgically the hospital may be good. But the night staff is the worst I have encountered in my 70 years!! Even the vending machines for the visitors are hidden in an alcove that can not be seen until you walk right by them! Never, ever again!!! (a month ago)

This is an amazing specialty hospital. If you need neck, spine, knee, hip, or other bone surgery I highly recommend the doctors, nurses, and staff. The cafe is also very good!!! (a week ago)

Had total right shoulder replacement - this hospital is fabulous! No sick people = lower chance of infection! Very oriented to pain management. Every single staff member - RNs, aides, doctor, OT, dietitian, patient advocate, spiritual counselor, respiratory therapist, phlebotomist, housekeeper, administrative staff - all excellent! Kim, RN, the best. (2 months ago)

The people are nice enough but apparently they're not on the same page when it comes to communicating to patient's family. Surgeon said recovery would be 30 minutes. This was said before scheduling the surgery and on the day of. Anesthesiologist said the same thing day of. Waited nearly an hour after talking to surgeon post-procedure only to be told that "they don't know what they're talking about" and that the recovery time is 1.5 to 2 hours. Being told that the healthcare professionals taking care of my family member "don't know what they're talking about" is more than a bit disconcerting. If given a choice, I will not be returning to this place no matter how 'nice' the people are. (a month ago)
