My mom was transferred from Royal Oak Beaumont & because she was not admitted there, she could not get into a rehab facility near us. This facility took her in & the staff could not have been nicer. The facility was clean & the staff was very helpful & understanding that we wanted her to be transferred closer to us. Thank you! (a week ago)

The staff pre surgery were great and very caring. Waited a little longer for surgery but all was great. Can't thank them enough (2 months ago)

My wife had back surgery and stayed two nights. The staff beforehand and afterwards were fantastic. My wife’s need were addressed and handled exceptionally well. Everyone there was professional and friendly. They made our stay wonderful! (5 months ago)

the staff was friendly. Never saw them after the initial call of husband back to prep room,. My problem was the surgery (30 minute) did not start for 2.5 hours after scheduled. We were there for over 7 hours. This is not an emergency hospital so they were obviously overbooked (did I mention this hospital is owned by the doctors so some would say they are doubledipping?). Being such a long day, they had stale (had hard centers down the middle) Fig Newtons in the waiting room, There were two vending machines 5 floors down, one typical cold drink, the other one filled with carb-loaded junk food. If you are taking somebody to this hospital bring some healthy food with you. TheTV was on a station that announced they had a sexually explicit segment coming on and to get the kids out of the room. So there we sat all strangers. I asked if we could change the channel - NO because the remote was missing. Well, then could I turn it off? NO only the security guard at night could do that. Unacceptable. (3 months ago)

They basically left my Grandmother unattended for hours unresponsive and she died. She was saying how before she passed they act like they didn’t want to touch her or bathe her. Please don’t send your family members here. (4 months ago)
