One of my best friends had her first seizure and was taken to this hospital on emergency. Everything and everyone was great. Tests were all done quickly and efficiently and everyone, especially nurse Ashley, had a great bed side manner and did everything they could to move towards a diagnosis (they didn’t have a neurologist on staff at that time.) I was really impressed. (2 months ago)

The worst Hospital in the in northern VA This is the worst hospital I have ever been to, with the worse doctor who treated my wife. On 3/15/2018 They let my wife bleed from her nose until she was close to death. After four hours of bleeding, her blood pressure dropped from 213/120 to 65/35 then they finally connected her to an IV. She felt dizzy and fainted. Finally the doctor inserted a balloon catheter in her nose to stop the bleeding. This process should have done within 15 minutes of her arrival by ambulance rather than waiting 4 hours. They want to do nonsense tests just to charge the insurance but do not care about the patient at all. No reason was ever given for letting my wife bleed for 4 hours, they even didn't have tissue paper to wipe the blood from her nose and mouth, instead they were giving her rough towels. The doctor said he was worried that she will not have stroke because her Coumadin was high?? IS THIS A REASON TO LET HER BLEED WITHOUT STOPPING UNTIL HER HEART ALMOST STOPPED BEATING?? I don't know where this doctor got his degree from? Its Rating should be NEGATIVE not even ZERO.I would like to hear from a responsible person in the Hospital regards my Complain. (2 months ago)

I can't even give a good review; I waited hours upon hours as if they forgot about me. The hospital wasn't even busy; I feel it's unacceptable for me to have to check on the physicians rather than the physicians checking on me. I will definitely think twice before I come here ever again (a month ago)

2 years ago I was on my death bed, literally. I had multi-organ failure, blood sugar of 1358, I was in Diabetic ketoacidosis, septic, pancreatitis, in a coma for 7 days, a fever of 106, on dialysis, on life support and this hospital saved my life. My husband said I had a nurse in my room 24 hrs a day. The doctors were excellent. The nurses were kind and attentive both when I was in my coma and when I woke up. I honestly can't say anything bad about this hospital, except thank you for saving my life. Oh wait, my bill was $80,000 so if I had to say something bad it would be about my bill. My insurance only paid $60k. I'm responsible for the $20k. (3 months ago)

Took my fiance here Monday night April 30th 2018. She has been going through Chemo and after her last treatment wed. She has had shortness of breath and her chest has been tight. Got to the ER and was taken back pretty fast since we were the only one in waiting room. Once in the back we have now waited for close to 2 hours and have only had vitals and ekg done. This place has the worst service. No one has even came in to check on us or ask anything. Reminds me of the DMV. New fancy facelift on building but still the same old slow service........
