Avoid this hospital. The front staff this morning was really mean. It’s also very dirty and they’re not good at all with higiene. After more than two hours waiting for them to see my son, they could not provide an estimate of how much longer. The guy in the front couldn’t even be nice about it. He treated my wife like less. I would not recommend this hospital. It’s better if you drive to another hospital or urgent care facility. I would expect the front staff to at least be polite and respectful. But the guy this morning on July 8, 2018 was the worst you’d expect. (a week ago)

We are from out of town and I had to take my husband to the ER for severe ear pain. He ended up with a double ear infection. We were in and out of the ER in no time! Such a relief! I was impressed with the staff. The PA who treated him was excellent. It was a good experience. (a month ago)

One of my best friends had her first seizure and was taken to this hospital on emergency. Everything and everyone was great. Tests were all done quickly and efficiently and everyone, especially nurse Ashley, had a great bed side manner and did everything they could to move towards a diagnosis (they didn’t have a neurologist on staff at that time.) I was really impressed. (4 months ago)

This place is completely horrible. I came in with my daughter, she came in crying and all they did was sit us down outside for us to be called in which took 30 minutes. I came in as an emergency and yet they take so long just to attend us ? In an actual case of an emergency she would’ve died before even getting attended. (a month ago)

The worst Hospital in the in northern VA This is the worst hospital I have ever been to, with the worse doctor who treated my wife. On 3/15/2018 They let my wife bleed from her nose until she was close to death. After four hours of bleeding, her blood pressure dropped from 213/120 to 65/35 then they finally connected her to an IV. She felt dizzy and fainted. Finally the doctor inserted a balloon catheter in her nose to stop the bleeding. This process should have done within 15 minutes of her arrival by ambulance rather than waiting 4 hours. They want to do nonsense tests just to charge the insurance but do not care about the patient at all. No reason was ever given for letting my wife bleed for 4 hours, they even didn't have tissue paper to wipe the blood from her nose and mouth, instead they were giving her rough towels. The doctor said he was worried that she will not have stroke because her Coumadin was high?? IS THIS A REASON TO LET HER BLEED WITHOUT STOPPING UNTIL HER HEART ALMOST STOPPED BEATING?? I don't know where this doctor got his degree from? Its Rating should be NEGATIVE not even ZERO.I would like to hear from a responsible person in the Hospital regards my Complain. (3 months ago)
