I transferred to NWTH via ambulance after a home birth. The labor and delivery staff was wonderful. They were respectful and efficient. They made my unexpected visit that could have been horrible absolutely wonderful. I would recommended them !!! (2 weeks ago)

I’m not a frequent flyer at this hospital, I usually go to the adjacent BSA hospital, but needs must and it wasn’t a bad experience. Personally I prefer BSA but everything and everyone here was pleasant and helpful. The building is definitely not as well presented as its neighbor but it is well kept and clean. (a month ago)

Very friendly front desk and registration. Very clean and beautiful hospital inside after renovations. Great experience with labor and delivery staff and lab techs. My insurance covers both BSA and Northwest and I prefer Northwest. (2 months ago)

I do not recommend going to the Emergency Room. My mother was sent here by her doctor who was highly concerned about her EKG. Her blood was drawn but left in the room, after about an hour I had to go get someone who finally sent it to be tested. She was not checked on. There was also splattered blood all over cabinets that was there prior to us coming in. I had to go find someone to help her with her chest pain. I mentioned the blood, they said they would clean it and never did. We were there for 6+ hours before she was finally seen by a doctor. They only ran blood work, said she was okay to go home. It wasn't until my parents were very upset and wanted the paperwork and copy of ekg that my mother was admitted. And when I say admitted, I mean a bed brought into her ER room. The doctor took on too many patients. The staff seemed to be trying to heard most of them out without following proper protocol. (5 months ago)

Nursing staff is nice, but is VERY unsure of actually practicing their area of medicine. If you are a person that actually is sick, cancer, auto immune etc, find another hospital. Staff did not know how to access a port to draw labs and provide life sustaining care. Be prepared to wait almost a day for an actual bed if you are admitted from the ER. Though staff is nice. Id rather be cared for properly and from a trained professional then have pleasant conversations about the weather. (7 months ago)
